Alright fellas,

well here is my latest plog for this one i fancied a change and due to my growing loss of interest in 40k and painting vast amounts of red power armour i've decided to get back into LOTR.

I no a few of you are interested in LoTR mainly SC and Deathkorp but i'll put stuff up might even get some of u interested in playing :D believe me LOTR siege games are plain awesome.

now i used to collect the battle games in middle earth magazines as well as buying the odd box set and have amassed a large Mordor force over the years, about 80% of which is actually fully painted. With the up coming release of the new Mordor rules i decided to finish the army off as a break from my Word Bearers so the other day i went and brought these:



and here is the progress on some of them:







here is a converted orc i made a yr or so ago from what i hear about the new rules he can be a morannon orc captain with great weapon:




Here is an overall shot of all the orc troops i have:



missing from this photo is my mordor troll, my ringwraiths, alot of named characters,a fell beast, 3 mordor urak-hai and a small contigent of allies (32 easterlings with banner and captain, 12 haradrim with banner and captain)

I'll try and get some better pics of the finished orcs once i get some better light, its nice and over cast here in wolvo <_<

If you want pictures of specific things then let me know and i'll take them.

I will put an update on the first 12 morannon orcs im painting later on as i might finish them 2day

I like whatyour done so far, and that's quite a collection of Orcses you got there. The Morannon Orc Captain is a sweet conversion as well.

Very nice, it's always great to see LoTR get some lovin'! I'll keep an eye on this thread.
