Ok is the internet dead this month or are people just not doing the hobbie etc?

I mean there arnt meny updates etc on peoples logs on here or any other site, Ebay is dead, there are no bargains to be had at all. just wondering if any one else thort it was a little dead?

Exam season; GCSEs, AS, A levels; it;s highly unlikely that most teenagers have time to spend on the internet, which greatly reduces the activity of this site. I think Jase had some statistic about it which I can;t remember.

Traffic on ALL forums is down 40%, In the UK from the age 11 (SATS) to GCSE's, to A Level and to University, its Exam fortnight, obviously two weeks revision before it.

I've done virtually nothing due to that reason

... Also, it's the beginning of Summer, meaning quite a lot of people (*looks outside* ...though not at the moment) will be outside enjoying themselves.

I'm lucky ... I've got two years (including this one) before I really need to worry about revising for exams ... (SATs: meh. Easy. End of year exams: same.)

Mind you, I need to make the most of it. After them it's important exams every year until the end of my life/job. <_<

Yeah most people who are in Uni are doing exams now. Although it should pick up a bit over the next few weeks, though not from me as my exams are yet to start! Damn weird term times.

i thort of exams etc, thts a little of it but last month was slow also, last exam i done was 5 years ago damn were have the time gone.

Yes and no I guess (in answer to the title question). Alot of the international an UK based sites have slowed heaps, but the WargammerAU's MP&T has kicked itself along heaps in the last week due to a $100 a month challenge.

It also could have something do to with it being memorial day weekend here in the US. A lot of people are on vacation, or even just spending more time outside because it is the unofficial start of the summer.

Yeah people are doing the barbeque thing here in the US, Our family has gotten invited to a few BBQ's each day this weekend so people are partying...

The internet in general has been pretty dead this month, be it hobby, sports, gaming, UK-based, US-based, based elsewhere, anything really. May and June are funny months like that.
