Depends on the scheme you want, I'd go for drybrushing but thats personal preference

What kind of colour scheme are you Elysians in and what have you done the vehicles of your force in?
One thing I've found that looks best wih Imperial Navy aircraft is a military green, and thats about it. It allows you to add heavy weathering around the exhausts and weapons and white and green markings look great over it.
Maybe Catachan Green with a Knarlock Green Drybrush? Pick out the details on a final highlight with 50/50 Knarlock Green and Skull White?

Just some thoughts...

Okey dokey. Here's how I would do it with the colours you have.
Prime it black, then paint all over with Knarloc Green, then lightly drybrush with Knarloc Green mixed with Gretchin Green to highlight.
Then, get Calthan Brown and paint splodges on in whatever way you see fit, vague shapes like this:

I wouldn't add too many colours to the camouflage as it tends to dissapear. Then paint over it again with Khemri Brown mixed with Calthan Brown. (Khemri Brown is very light). Then drybrush lightly with Khemri Brown again.

And don't forget to put some nose art on!

Hope that helps!
