Actually I think he was thinking of doing one. It was a while ago now that it first appeared and it's a bit hazy.
Actually it might of been me who said I may build one not him.

I don't see how a breech and magazine inside that would rule out all transport capability, the lascanon capacitors aren't there so surely a bit more space inside before the demolisher canon, and look at the size of the Leman Russ demolisher turret, not exactly spacious!

That's what I'd been wondering since I first saw it's sheet. I figure a five or six man capacity would make sense, being an assault/linebreaker vehicle. Bash away the target, and let out some assault troops.
Imagine a squad of GK's or a CC-tooled Veteran squad bursting out of that into the middle of your now-crispy lines.... *shudder*
