I think maybe it's time to monitor what SC is doing on the forums... Especially if we get many more banner adds like this:

but back on the subject of adds i think it has already been discussed in the Suggestions, Improvements, Problems, & Questions area of the forum.

We call them Muggles

First of all, clever idea putting the message windows with attractive girls into shot, playing down the fact you're as lonely as the rest of us.

Second, wrong forum.

Third, there's nothing I can do about the ads, if you want to pay £10 per 1000 views of forum to get rid of them talk to jasevx.

I've had that particular ad come up twice today... found it strange the first time, and chuckled for some reason at the second.

The advert on my screen claims it will show me the way to $1000 an hour. If I click on it, will it lead to lots of Forge World goodness?

In fact, come to think about it, I am a bit loath to try it - hate giving out my details. Perhaps we could nominate a willing Ammo Bunker person to give it a go.

I reckon $5000 a day shared out amongst the forum sounds good.

Ads sucks but there is little that we can do about them unfortunately. Though there is always the possibility of our loyal members deciding to band together and buy the site a server for Christmas, but even that is a whole 8 months away. :lol:
