This is how much I've gotten done so far:
I will consist of 9 buildings when everything is done, 7 of which are fully built and undercoated.

Needs work.
No, really :) Needs some sand where its bare (it would be covered if the building had been demolished to that extent). And the base sidings need painting/touching up...
