How about a section for peole to put their skills up on offer?
People who want to sculpt or paint for others, commision modellers etc.
This could also include anyone who has access to supplies or eqipment (lathe, milling machine, laser cutter!) who could make other people's lives easier without much trouble to themselves

I have an uncle. If we threaten him enough he might be able to make us real bolters. He has heavy machinery. Ugh. :huh:

I'd enlist myself as a brush for hire if such a section became a reality :)

im more interested in someone who can sell their services as a scratch builder for imperial guard vehicle upgrades....ie armoured crew compartments for basilisk, if anyone can LET ME KNOW will pay upto 20 quid for it

Looks like this would be useful, I guess in the General Modelling and Painting Section.
Organised by types of service, then the member(s) offering with details from them (examples if applicable, cost, location, prefered style, etc)

Surely for that price, you might as well buy the FW upgrade! lol

Err... my earlier post may have been deleted for mysterious reasons, but it said that, basically, I do agree with the idea, and would personally hire my skills out as a writer and an artist.

I deleted it as it is not a skill necessary, fluff has its place but this forum is for painters modeler the skill peepe will need will be along the painting modelling theme.

Prople can do there own fluff, and paying for it is daft to put it bluntly.

Just an idea. Not fluff, anyway, short stories, whatever the purpose.

i do a bit of painting for folk, just single mini's and stuff though.
