Yes, I'll try and get some pics tonight of my BT's.
I'm in the process of converting the Dark Angel Veterans into Black Templars monks too. :)

The best way is to start a Photobucket account (it's free). Upload your pictures onto there then copy the 'IMG code' under the picture thumbnail and paste it into your reply.
It is best if you shrink the picture down first, though photobucket can do that for you.
AB has no limit to picture size but it is best to aim for 700-800 pixels wide to avoid people having to scroll the screen. If you want BIG picture use the 'http://' button above the message post box when you reply and copy the 'direct link' from Photobucket.
If you want to start showing some of your work the best area of the forum to do it would be either General Painting here or if you want to start a Project Log straight away start one in the Project Logs area here.
