I need some weathering pigments and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get em online

could someoe do a tutorial on the use of pgments as I am having trouble with the pigments mixing with the thinner as it ain't mixing

Pigments is a generic term for modeling powders you apply to a model to weather the paint job.

They can be applied dry or wet for differnt effects and finishes.
