I'm new to using plasticard and scratch building, but due to the fact that i am saving money because i'm moving next year, i want to still enjoy the awesomeness that is having more tanks than my friends and gloating about it, but to be able to do so without being broke.

I devised my solution after seeing awesome scratch built tanks from the likes of Tinners, Jasevx, LCE, and Rictus. I will, with the odd ebay bits and pieces, scratch build 3 Destroyers, The Fortress Of Arrogance, 2 fliers of some kind and extra armor for my Imperial Guard army, as well as construct stuff fro my Dark Angels tanks when i finally start Dark Angels :)

Basically i'm going to call apon your help to help me build these, with tips and advice.

To start with, i wish to build chimeras myself :)

Yeah I'm hoping i can save a bit of cash by using the random bits i have, and smashed old tanks i can re-do and do up to be nice and workable. Figured it'd be good to save some cash but still enjoy tons of awesomeness that is tanks :D


Just found out that i have the largest tank amount in town out of all the 40k gamers :D
