Ah right. Just looks like it needs a bit more body at the top of the skull. Hadn't spotted the Iron Hands use before.

Yup, Templer and DA bits for Tac marines, Wolf and Ravenwing bits for assault, and fists and skulls for devs. Everyone else gets a mix really.

Well, done some painting for the first time in ages due to a nightmare esasy that's going no-where. Pleased to say the first of the new termi's is almost finished. Just some tidying to do and he'll be ready to show here. Though I will need some help, any idea what colour eyes I should do when the helmet is ice blue? Need somethng that'll stand out!

Good to hear you've picked your brush up again mate! As for the eyes, first thing that comes to my mind is red. That'd contrast well with light blue.

Was thinking of perhaps doing a different colour lens for each one in the squad. However, for this first one I have done yellow to try it. But I'll keep red in mind for the next helmeted one. Pics later this evening.

Yeah, that was a bit of a pain in the [arse] to fit. Used this tutorial from the french website. The result was reasonable but hopefully as my skills inprove I'll get better with the green.

did you use the black templar french tutorial or was there one specificially for space wolves?

I used the French one, well the pics anyway, but used a SW breastplate instead of a tabard one. Plus a bit of GS to cover the gaps.

Right then people. I am officially now part of Bob properly (famous last words) This month I will mostly be painting termi's. 11 in fact. Though all one needs is a new sheild and arm so I guess he doesn't count really....Anyway, 3 CC termi's 6 shooty ones and a special one. Watch this space...
