I think its fine as long as it isn't liscened in the US. Though that may be becuase if it is, and I want it and it isn't a dvd it'll be mine within two weeks and anything else is on my computer somewhere or other.

OK downloading anime is when you find anime episodes online and download them to watch on your computer.
