indi ko taga-Hiroshima, taga- Tokyo ako , pero try ko sabton ah sa Tokyo point of view ah.. take note: Tokyo has the highest cost of living compared to anywhere else..

kung wala na dra ang apartment mo.. puede eh. sang estudyante kami, ang gnabaton man lng namon, mga 65K peso, kung buhinan pa sang balay (example lang, minimum cost of 15K/month).. 50K bilin.. puede ka pa kapadala sa pinas. rockon ara lng sa imo ang pagbudget.

pierte ka mahal ka pagkaon
examples: 3 pc saging: 75peso

Mig,
Indi lang ko sure kung ano ka barato ang cost of living sa Hiroshima compared sa Tokyo but just FYI, amo ini ang akon gina spend diri sa Tokyo:
Lights/Electricity:
-Kung normal season lang usually around 1,000-2,500 pesos lang per month.
Pero kung summer or winter, galab-ot 4,000 pesoses
Sa pagkaon:
-Kung sa gwa ko magkaon:
200-300 pesos/meal (kung sa baratuhon)
500 pesos up/meal (kung sa malahalon)
-Kung bakal ka lang bugas tapos luto sud-an:
500 pesos/day (pwede mo pa ni matipid)
Others :
5 kilos of rice = 750 to 1,500 pesos (depende sa klase)
meal set sa mcDonalds = 200 to 300 pesos
mangkuton ko bala ang friend ko nga taga-Hiroshima kung magkitaay kami,..
Btw, san-o ka makadto sa Hiroshima haw?
basi makahapit ka di sa Tokyo,..pabal-a lang kami ah,..

ang labada.. kung coin-operated laundry imo gamiton, mga 50-100Peso per cycle. mga amo-amo man bla ang bayad kung magamit ka pa gid sang dryer.
may ara man sang mga aprtment/ mansion nga upod na sa services nila ang laundry machines.
ano ang kadto mo dri, as business trip? ang mga kilala ko nga ga-business trip(max 2yrs cla) , fully furnished na ang ila apartment nga provided by company. kung long term ka dri kag ikaw kaugalingon lang pangita sang apartment.. wala cya unod,ikaw ang mga mabakal tanan. check mo lang sa comany nga suludlan mo eh.

ubra kadto ko da...trainon pa kami kuno nihonggo...pero amo na galing 60% lang of actual salary ihatag while on nihonggo training...ang sweldo ko is ara sa 180000 jpy, 60% sina 108K, minus 12% tax kuno so 95K nalang...googd for 3 months lang ni ang 60% pero after that 100% na...

Ban on skilled workers' export sought
Fearing a repeat of the "brain drain" in the '70s, a lawmaker has sought a
ban or moratorium on the deployment of highly skilled workers abroad.
The proposed ban covers pilots, sailors and those in the information
technology industry, according to Nationalist People's Coalition Rep.
Roseller Barinaga of Zamboanga del Norte.
Barinaga expressed alarm over the exodus of Filipino professionals to the
detriment of the country's own economy.
He said the unabated flight of skilled workers is practically an act of
"piracy" by other countries which find it more expensive to train their own
people.
Barinaga, chairman of the House committee on labor, cited the "unchecked
migration of mission-critical" workers in the airline industry. This workers
include pilots, aircraft mechanics, computer engineers and professionals in
shipping, chemical, metallurgical and telecommunications industries.
"Workers with mission-critical skills are necessary to maintain and protect
strategic local industries. If left unchecked, their migration, through
valid deployment or poaching by other countries, will have serious national
security implications and economic repercussions as they affect air
transportation, tourism, commerce, construction and other economic sectors."
Barinaga, a lawyer, invoked Sections 5 and 31 of the Migrant Workers and
Overseas Filipino Act of 1995 which, he said, empower the state to suspend
or ban the deployment of migrant workers "in pursuit of national interest or
when the public welfare so requires."
He also urged Congress to direct the labor and employment, trade and
industry and foreign affairs departments and the Philippine Overseas
Employment Administration to consult these industries in drawing up
appropriate measures to "regulate, control and arrest the brewing
mission-critical state of personnel in the domestic aviation and other
strategic industries."
"If possible they should act to suspend or impose a moratorium on the
overseas deployment of such skills and talents," according to Barinaga.
The lawmaker said it takes years, albeit less costly, to train pilots,
mechanics and engineers in the Philippines.
Foreign countries with acute shortages of such highly skilled workers find
it "convenient and more economical to engage in piracy rather than train
their own."
Despite the continuing exodus of such workers to foreign countries where the
salaries and benefits are much higher than what they receive in the
Philippines, Barinaga said, government officials are not doing anything to
stop the migration. |
