Title: Mr. Bonache's Succession as TUP-V Director

The KG - July 14, 2005 09:00 PM (GMT)
What can you say about mr. bonache's succession after the retirement of mr. jamora last school year 2004-2005?

The KG - July 15, 2005 07:29 PM (GMT)
Mr Bonache's? Is he the one who rides a big bike to work? If he is. Then I think you've picked the right person.
My analyisi(daw piho eh no)

Pros:
Has a good command over his subordinates - daw suplado daan ang dating.
Has enough experience and knowledge to handle issues concerning TUP

Cons:
Too suplado sometimes and that could affect his relations with the faculty in my opinion, but thats OK, thats what a leader should be, being suplado means being firm. In other words daw ma negligible na ang cons...Thats using your weekness as your strength... :thumb:

mig, indi na si sir bonache ang nagasakay sa motor nga dako...

i can't say much on the issue since i haven't crossed paths with sir bonache.

After what has been happening, considering a new director could be a good move.

No spite meant, but the mere fact that things got out of hand, TUPV might just need to retinker it's engine. It might need an overhaul. You get me?

New leadership doesn't necessarily mean minimizing/erradicating problems, it's a major change for all of us. A lot of coping up and repatching of what has been left behind and neglected is a big work. TUPV has a lot of potential students, but you see the term itself "POTENTIAL" connotes an untapped resource. Why? Our dear university's technology upgrades more or less once in a blue moon. Sad to say, teachers no longer give much attention to quality education. Students are left on their own doing POINTLESS research, forced to submit on ridiculous deadlines, what more may I add? I know a lot lines up on our lists but We still manage to stay on top. Tup never fails to shine on Board Exams, atleast, we get our Review Cener's respect as one of the good performers... Believe me!!!

Now students, you're no exception. YOU, I mean YOU should be the major player. We alumae have been truly saddened about news students going against trainors, or vice versa! We may not have the complete detail but both(students and trainors) are mature enough to handle their emotions against seemingly adamant challenges, yet all our trainors need is for students to show effort and hardwork. Effort and hardwork, which brought us--alumnae-- to where we are now, and enjoying the fruits of our labor. I hope you get the picture!

Anyway, We alumnae in Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and the different parts of the World wish nothing but the BEST for our dear Alma Mater's continued strive for Excellence in preparing Students for the WILD INDUSTRIAL RIDE!

mr bonache is a good choice to succeed mr. jamora as tup-v director...... mr. bonache is one of the pioneer of tup-visayas and he is the main reason why the alumni association in cebu was established even before all other alumni association was put up.. i was given the chance to be with mr. bonache when i become one of the participants of the tup inter-campus skills competition and he's nice.... also he can reaaly relate to students as he is a automotive technology trainor.... and to us alumni he is before the asst. director for research and extension which handles the alumni affairs....

good luck to mr. moises " moi" bonache..........

Once I heard the news nga manug resign na si Sir Jamora, wala na sang iban nga nagsulod sa ulo nga qualified nga magtubos sa puwesto nya kundi si Sir Moi lang gid... He knows a lot more about TUPVisayas next to sir Jamora.. He also did a lot of effort for the University as the head of the extension services.. ang nami pa gd kay sir moi kay ka stricto sa iya... pero insakto nga pagka stricto... I know he has a very good plan para sa school and I hope nga in his term, mangin kilala na gid ang TUP Visayas as one of the premier Technical schools sa Pilipinas...

Goodluck Sir Moi!!! rockon :woot: :shot:

Maayo gid si Sir Bonache kay although strict sya, ara man ya sa lugar. He is more open to the problems of the school and I believe the school will really improved under his administration.
