I'm planning to avail para makaHousing Loan ko sa Pag-ibig!!

I've read the Pag-ibig sites but lain gid ya kung may nakaexperience na process sa inyu dira!

Samtang nubo pa ang dolyar masave ta sa Pag-ibig Fund!!

ako mig nagpa member ko sang pagpuli ko last december. very straight forward ang ila nga process, lista ko lang ha:

1. go to the pag-ibig office sa bacolod, St Francis Center, lapit sa Gaisano city. bring your passport, and your poea certificate of registration, or ang imo nga employment certificate.
2. pagsulod mo sa building, go right, kag sulod ka sa first office sa corner gid. daw accounts ni bala nga office mo, nalipat lang ko sang specific nga name.
3. hambal ka sa counter nga gusto mo mag apply for pop, kag kuha ka na nga daan sang number
4. while waiting, you can fill-in the application forms for pop applicaiton.
5. present your papers, then select the plan you want, up to $20 per month nga contribution, then select mo man ang imo nga maturity period. daw up to 25 years bala mo.
6. they will direct you to pay for your first monthly contribution outright. you will pay this sa cashier, the office on your right when you go to the left wing of the building.
7. may duwa ka guard sa door, ask them for a number. wait for your turn, then pay your contribution.
8. after paying, present the receipt sa previous office mo nga ginhalinan. they will provide you with a copy of your membership, as well as your initial contribution receipt.
9. the passbook will be available after a month or so, so if you're not around during this time, you could have a relative pick this up for you. ibilin mo lang ang imo nga membership cert sa ila. they could also remit your monthly contributions for you.
10. if you want to hasten the process para maka loan ka dayon, you could pay the whole 23 months' worth of contributions on the following month.

pwede man bala relative mo, but i'm not sure kung kinahanglan pa power of attorney. pwede man request mo si mom-in-law mo nga padal-an ka sang application forms, then append mo lang ang photocopy sang imo passport and poea credentials kag ipadala balik sa iya. ems mo lang, that way mas dasig kag hapos para sa imo :P
