One of the most easy and cheapest mode of exercise is running. Start it with jogging a short distance with your comfrotable pacing at least 3X a week. Most probably in the morning. As you start your day with a good exercise, you will be active the whole day through.

Lately, I've focused myself in running and in the process had joined a 21.K half-marathon last Aug26. I couldn't imagine myself at first. It had been one of my childhood dreams to participate in this kind of race together with a great multitude of enthusiastic runners. This one was for the record(personal achievement only hehehe). What started out as a simple fun, now Im enjoying every bit of it.

nice one migs. kami ni utol ko , madlagan mn sa TOKYO MARATHON sa february.. ang 10Km lng kay indi pa ready maglain sng lifestyle para makadalagan sa full marathon (47Km). oks lng guro ang distance.. ang problema, ang tugnaw rockon

Dugay man ko open dri liwat ba! Wla ko masakit Links a nagaayo gani ang pamatyag amo n nga gadalagan na hehehe. Last Dec 2 gali join nmn ko kag natapos mn ang Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon. Good news kay sa tanan nga mga Pinoy 4th ako(tikal ko gd ni ya hehehe) although I just run on 21.1Km again.
May mga TUP-Vians mn ngjoin s 42Km full marathon although dyutayan lng sya mgquit tungod s cramps pero gintapos nya gd. Didto ko lng nabal-an s amon Christmas party sang Dec8 nga same kmi gali occassional hobby. Magulang sya(Jose Maria) sang akon classmate(Klox) sa TUP mn a. Sya nag-inform sa akon nga may ara dri night marathon to be held on May31, 2008. Up to 84Km ang race pro join ako this time sa 42.2Km n. Hopefully another milestone nga akon maachieve. So I still have about 6mo to train which I think is good enough!
