OK this review is only according to my observation and you are free to contest it...but my opinion stands...


Registrars Office

ok...heres the story! June 2007 I went to the registrars office to secure a Good Moral Certification...so heres what happened...

I went inside, Mr Diego told me to take a seat...after a few seconds wait, he approached me and ask what i wanted...i said i wanted a good moral character certification...and a syllabus for one of the subjects taken. He was kind enough talk me through the process...which was to go to the cashier, tell the cashier that you are gonna pay for a GMC and a Subject Outline and Description(or a syllabus).

I went to the cashier...payed my dues and went back to the registrars office and waited for sir Diego...he was speaking on the phone. While he was at it...Miss Bernadine L Robles(with a B ) was walking towards me, Mr Diego, seeing that Miss Robles(with a B again) was walking towards me signalled me to tell Miss Robles that I needed to get a GMC...so i stood quickly, and the conversation follows:

Me: Ma'am excuse me, makwa ko tani "good moral"

Miss Robles:(looked at me with some sort of disgust, she was almost about to look at me from top to bottom but i think she decided not to...lets just say its delicadeza...or the lack of it...LOL) Ay...(paused half a second with a TARAY look) Mamahw pa ko ya! (poor lady, i think she needs to improve on her interpersonal skills, tsk tsk tsk, did i even know she was on her way to the canteen to feed her healthy body? she couldve asked me if ok lang kung kahulat ko kadali...)

Me: A sige ma'am, mabalik lang ko after sang break niyo ah...(and I went out with a heavy head, pero i was partly to be blamed kay nag sturya pako sa former teachers and friends na na meet ko)

so now nagkadto nalang ko sa admissions office basi maapsan ko pa sila na wala pa naka break...pero sad to say wala...i'll still make a review later for the admissions office...

ok...i waited from 3 pm to 3:30 pm my time...

3:30 pm i went in(breaktime is 15 minutes only, but i did not mind, since i, most of the time take the same amount of breaktime)

OK, so now I went in...i waited at the table of Miss B, I did not sit down...waited for her to tell me to take a sit(basi palang maluoy siya kag tagaan ya ko dayon GMC)...she offered me a seat(so i sat), she entertained an old lady, i was thinking that the old lady must have already been there and is there to settle a business(official that is), but as they talked, i overheard their conversation and it was unofficial business, the kind you see in most intstituions where the one lends some money comes to the office and collects...(ok no biggie, the persons gotta need money too)...so she multitasks...entertains the collector, entertains me....all of a sudden...out of the blue, she gives me a transcript of record which was not mine, did not say anything...just put it on the table in front of me...i already sensed she had mistaken me for another person(doh!!!! does she even want to serve me? does she even like her job?) *mad - she then goes back to entertain the collector...then a few moments later, she came back to me and told me to sign the receipt(uuuh! earth to miss robles i havent given you any receipt yet...) <_< , and so the conversation goes like this

me: ma'am ma kwa lang ko ya tani good moral, di ni akon transcript ang imo ginadaho...

miss b: (looks at my ugly face and says) aw, ano to gani imo kwaon?

me: good moral mam.

miss b: (seeing my receipt) teh ngaa may resibo kana haw?

me: amo mani siling ni sir diego, mabayad ko sa cashier. tapos ipakita ko sa imo ang receipt...

miss b: ay teh, may filll-upan kapa na ya guro *taray mode*(doh!!! may lain kaman gale na paagi ya? teh sin o patihon ko si diego o ikaw?) :worthy: <_<

miss b: ay teh mal-i ta karon kung la kaya kapapirma clearance?(p*ta! mangkuta ko bala kung san o nag graduate!!! indi kay ma conclude ka dayun...mangkuta ko kung may honorable dismissal nako...daw maagi nakO!!!!) :naughty:

miss b: ano to gani imo kwaon(kaduwa naka day ha!!! isa kanalang!!!)

me: good moral mam

miss b: aw good moral gle(ay teeh!!!) :0wn3d , sige bilin lang imo resibo. di mo pa na makuha kay la pa si mr bonache(or jamora ba to? lipat ko)

me: may gamitan pa ko ni mam, makuha pako syllabus sa admissions office...

miss b:(with an expression na daw natak an) a teh kadto lang to anay sa admissions office kag kwaa ang sylabus tapos balik lang di(namulbos pa sa atubangan ko, ang guya ga puti2...ay ka professional gid ya ah, ang banyo kag office isa lang...damo pa kamo to?)

gwa ko dayun kag dala pamuyayaw sa gwa!!! *mad pagbalik ko...

si ma'am ato sa piyak lamesa...gabasa sang catalogue sang natasha with a colleague! baaaaw! kanami! daw la pa kita sakon...nag open ko door di sya kita! naton kay la gana mag serbisyo si mam!



miss b:(talking form the table about 4 meters away-yet another sign of willingness to serve and professionalism) bilin lang da to...kumpleto na ang imo ngalan da sa likod?

me: yes mam

miss b:may middle initital na na?

me: yes mam

miss b: t bilin lang na da sa lamesa(still busy sa catalogue)

me: san o ko makuha mam?

miss b: balika lang sa monday(andam kalang di ko ni makuha monday kay madamo pa ni storya)

Conclusion:

I hope that this trend will stop soon kay kung mag sige ni, daw la sila gana mag serve, registrars office pa naman...dugay la na sang may ma skwela sa tup...bisan butang tapa tuod na mapilitan ang studyante kay barato...pero ang bottom line is they should treat their customers nicely...and tani mapinsaran nila na kung sa ila ni bata himuon or s aila, ano ayhan ila batyagon sini?...

ang iban na staff sa registrars office la ko pa ma encounter, pero they'll get their dose of this kung ara na...pero kung maayo man lang ya teh tagaan ko man sila maayo na review...

addendum
nagbalik ko to pagkuha ko sang akon GMC, la pa maattach ang resibo(talk about working diligently), kundi la ko ya resibo eh...

tapos - may mag tiya na namangkot about registrars offise issue guro, si ma'am manabat daw ala gana...daw si agent droopy sya mag storya(kilala kamo kay agent droopy?)

nag una gwa ang mag tiya sa akon. sang tapos na ko...sunod ko sa ila, ang tiya ka studyante gakumod na, pangit na yung mukha, yung katawan, pangit pa ang ugali...toink!!! :naughty:

tood na migo kay sang ga-skwela pa lang ko na-pyaran ko na na sa iya..pati gani mga upod nya da sa office sang una badtrip man sa iya.

migo KG, basi puede ta ni ma forward sa kina uukulan? maybe kay Ser Diego? i think makabulig gid sa aton nga tupvians kung may formal complaint against kay Ms Robles. :panilag:

this is a very bad experience indeed, so may information na ta kun ano ang matabo sa aton next time na mag visit kita sa aton Alma Mater in case we need documents... expect na ta sa worse scenario gle *mad

IIstorya ko ni kay Migo Sir Bonache kung makakadto ko to.... Kn amo na ila ginapakita sa alumni ( nga nagabulig sa school) ano pa gid ayhan sa iban nga tawo...... to those with complaints sa Registrar or sa other department sa tup.... pabal a lng di ah.....
