Kung bag-uhanon ka lng na mag-apply as technician and no experience at all or from previous ojt, you don't need to ask the salary offered,just see what they've got on the contract, look their benefits instead.

Advice ko lang,apply as many companies as you can and select which one had a better offer when it comes to salary and benefits.And made a decision and tell the previous pending companies that you apply when they call you and tell the truth instead.
