Bought my Jeep from Spartanburg Dodge 9 months ago. Have a written service contract with them for oil changes. Price is $24.95 for first year. Have had 2 done at the $24.95 price and then yesterday was charged $66.08. Was tol by the NEW service manager that it doesn't include SRT models because of the synthetic oil. Talked to the dealer manager and said that they would give me a deal on the next oil change. $49. WTF! Like I would go back. I have filed complaints with the Better Buisness Bureau, Cunsumer afairs, and Chrysler. So stear clear of this Dealer or you will get screwed. If there is anything else anyone can think of to make their life miserable PLEASE LMK.

action 9 always helps.they hate to get put on tv.sorry to hear about that raw deal, and they wonder why the "stealerships" always get a bad rep

If you have a written contract that says they will change your oil then didn't do it for the contract price go see the owner first then call the TV people. The contract is all you need as long as it has no loopholes in it. JM

I would see the owner first give him a chance to fix it then if the dont ACTION 9 is the way to drive sales down

I talked to the general manager the day I was there. He asked the owner and came up with nothing. So I have contacted WSPA news, and will fax them copies of my contract on monday. So we will see what happens.

I know the feeling. We bought a new 05 Magnum RT from them with a 6 yr/75,000 mile warranty. We had problems almost every time we took it in for service. Had a problem a 15,000 miles where the car would be above idle when pulled out of gear. They claimed it was a carbon build up in the throttle body and not covered under the 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Charged my wife $120 to fix it. Then at 38,000 miles claimed the pcv valve was stopped up and not covered under warranty. Paid $75 to have it replaced. Finally wised up and traded for a 08 GT and will NEVER deal with Spartanburg Dodge again. Take if from me they will dollar you to death from the service dept so your best bet is drive to Greenville for service.
