Just wanted to give an update post. We have talked to ronnie and set it up for Sept. 6th. So heres how it is planning out so far. Car show 9am-12ish then judging around 12 or 12:30 with the wedding starting after the car show. followed by a test and tune.
Once we get a little closer we will finalize all this stuff...
Drag cars are welcome at the show.
Also bring out the oldies.
We need as many camaros as possible.

I would also like to maby get some input on who may be able to attend for the car show so i can kinda get an idea on what classes i need to have available. for trophy purposes. I dont want to get a bunch of trophies and door prizes and not have any cars! So if you think you can attend i am giving a fair enough notice ... please post it up and what you will be bringing...

oh yea york car show gives plaques to top 200 entries... not necessarily by title

ha ha no funny bouncy houses.. I am having to pay for all this stuff and still have money for the honeymoon... lol..

go around and get sponsors.. local muffler shops. so on and so forth.. if u can get 50 bucks from 10 shops its a help..

we will bring the mustang club down for the event also, got a good mix of old to new cars, not camaros lol but will be about 30 cars for your show. :cf

ok this is the awards lists. We decided to do classes. So here goes. Oh and by the way me and tim will be doing the judging the car show so no insider favorites. lol I hate that when i go to a car show and friends are picked for trophies.

+ first 100 cars to register gets a dash plaque
So be sure to pre register as this is starting to gain some momentium.

We are also looking for sponsers for door prizes and so forth

If anyone would like to go ahead and pre-register and reserve your dash plaque we wil be down possibly thursday (depends on how early we get to leave virginia) definatly friday. I will be somewhere near the tower (i am usually right behind the gate in front of the tower taking pictures) Just come and find me and we will get your registration set up. Most of you already know who I am but if not ask Ronnie he will point one of us out to you...lol

Just Wondering if you are going to put out any flyers ? The Rutherford County Ford Club may bring some cars . Thought if i could get a flyer i could pass it on to the club members .
