I would kindly remind you if no Referee is appointed you must provide a stand-in Official in accordance with League and Cups Rule 13 (B).

All matches have been allocated based on your previous notified availability, and I take it this still stands firm, therefore to save time and e-mailing I ask you ONLY to respond to me ASAP if your are unable to fulfil the fixture (in which case I also require the reason please). There is no need to contact me otherwise.

Referee Match Result cards – would all referees now send these direct to me only (via e-mail or post)
Following each match referees are required to complete a Result Card showing result of match and marks (out of ten) awarded to each team (for sportsmanship), and to each Club Assistant Referee (for his/her performance). Names of substitutes taking part in the game must also be shown. The Referee is also required to report on the card if he/she was contacted by the home Club (as required by League and Cup Rule 10(D)). It is most important the card be used also to notify me of late starts, teams playing with less than 11 players (actual number to be shown), failure to provide a Club Assistant Referee or any other problem. The Match Result card must be sent to me to arrive within three days of the match. An e-mail version of the match result card is available and will be forwarded to Referees on request.
