Hi everyone,

My new pup, Judge, has been home since Saturday night! He's such a love! He already knows (and performs) sit, down, & come! I am sure I will have to fight to keep him doing these, but already he is proving to be very smart and anxious to please (yes, I know, that will go out the window soon too, LOL)! We had only 1 accident in the house the night that he came home, and he already goes to the door to be let out when he has to go! I am SO in LOVE! LOL! Only a couple of pictures here, I will post the rest on my member pictures page. But I have a question. What worked for you when redirecting excessive barking? He is definitely a barker, and I don't mind, but I don't want him barking at the sound my computer makes when I get an e-mail....LOL! Thanks!

Oh my god! He is absolutely beautiful :wub: ! Don't they just look like butter wouldn't melt at this age! Thanks so much for posting pictures.

About the barking lol, Nev barks when a leaf falls off a tree or the wind changes direction :rolleyes:

I just tell him everythings OK and he generally seems to think if I aint worried he dont have to be and lays down again.

Beuatifull pics, your lucky he can fit under your tree, nevs squashed ours its now very pittifull looking xmas tree :D

About the Christmas tree.....yeah he still fits there, but the coffee table??? That only lasted about a week! He keeps trying though! LOL!

We are actually having a lot of luck with redirection of barking, and so far, this boy WILL work for food! He's learning VERY fast! Maybe it's because of my Golden and he's following example? Maybe it'll all fly out the window in another month? I don't know, but so far he's doing SO much better than I had even dared hope! Oh yes, and he just LOVES the snow! LOL!

How is Judge doing? Would love to hear an update.
