The first thing you need to do is put your pictures on a website - like www.mypetpages.net, www.muchos.co.uk or www.photobucket.com, where you can upload your pictures.

Once uploaded, you need to click on your picture so it is full size. Once opened to full size, right click on the picture and go to properties. You will see the long URL in the centre (starting http://www.....) you need to select the whole URL and copy it, then come back to Proud Pyreneans, click on IMG above the message box and paste in the URL you just copied.

Click OK, and that's you done!! If you preview your message first, you can check it worked. Please feel free to use this posting to practice if you want to
