Lancer is now just under 8 months old and will go in to be neutered next Friday. Here are some up-to-date pictures! He is about 4.5kg now.

Today was the day... Lancer got neutered and he is doing fine! I'm so glad this is over and done with and that he is fine. Although I have had so many bunnies going through this (Lancer is the 8th one to be neutered), I am really nervous and worried every time! But my big boy is fine!

Fiona, he will grow a little more, but not too much. But he will fill out a bit more until 18 months or 2 years old or so. I reckon he will end up weighing between 5.5 and 6 kg. :)

Just a little note to say that Lancer is doing great after his op. He was in a bit of pain the day after, so I gave him metacam for a couple of days. Then he was as right as rain.

The wound looks fine and is healing neatly.

I'll give it another week or so, then I shall start the bonding process with Angel. I am really hoping it is going to work as they both need a partner desperately.

he is one huge rabbit!!!! hes beautiful :D

I now have a feeling of what people think when they see me getting dragged along the steet by Charlie- "how huge is that?!"- I never knew rabbits could be that big :o That looks like it wouldn't seem out of place on a lead or running round with Charlie lol. May I just say how BOSS that is :D
