Hellooo, I have recently bought a Pyrenean Mountain dog (or my dad has anyway). His name is Charlie and is only about 20 weeks old but is still massive. Oh yea, my names Jay by the way.

Whilst I'm here I might as well ask; does anyone read "Dogs Today" magazine? 'cos if you do, have a guess who is on the front, MY CHARLIE!!!
I'm not sure how popular the magazine is, I'd never heard of it before.

Hi and welcome. Charlie is beautiful :wub: ! You think he is big now... you just wait a little longer... :lol: Although I must admit, one gets used to their size so much that you don't really notice anymore... :P

Welcome to the board , Charlie is gorgeous but as Vera says just wait until he is fully grown if you think he is big just now :D

lol, I have an idea how big they grow, but its strange imagining that he'll actually be that big. They remind me of cows for some reason though?! Its a good thing he's a cute little puppy now though 'cos my mum did'nt want to get him 'cos she's scared of dogs. Now she runs to him in the morning doing "baby talk" and hugging him. I can't really imagine her doing that to a big massive dog that she'd neve met before...

Yes, and once they are big, you can't imagine anymore that they were ever that small ... :lol:

I call our Troy a domestic polar bear... :D

I must admit I cal. Izzy a cow sometimes - especially when she is being stubborn :P
