You need to upload them onto a webspace, e.g. your own website, www.muchos.co.uk or www.photobucket.com etc. Then you can get the URL from there (by right click, properties or muchos and photobucket will display the URL for you).
When posting here, you click on IMG, then paste picture URL, then click IMG again.
And that should work.
