No, in the beginning they knew that there had been a shooting on a military installation. Then they learned that he was of arabic descent (palestinian, jordanian).

Fox News had the stones to ask a legitimate question based on the available information at the time. As more info has come out, it appears that they were correct in their inquiries.

Any reporter worth their salt would pursue the possibility that this was idealogically motivated, based on the available information.


BTW, the reason that Fox didn't discuss Rodriguez's name or religion, is that there was ABSOLUTELY ZERO indication that it was religiously motivated. Not in the initial reports of the shooting, not in the subsequent information that came out, and not now.
