The federal minimum wage will go to $7.25 an hour on July 24 from its current level of $6.55, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.

not really... oak will probably be losing his job. The laying off of entry level workers are usually the first thing that happens when minimum wages go up. No worries though... Obama will save his job in a year or 2 though right?

actually IRL and according to this thread as well, it appears that the right wingers are the only one concerned with Oak. We want Oak to keep his job. The left are more interested in some illogical social justice such as liveable wages, yet not livable anyway, than Oak's actual employment...
