Title: The Great American Baseball Card Book

This is a great paperback, I bought it when it first came out. The authors are hilarious, as they reminisce about their childhood devotion to baseball, the 50's and 60's, the players throughout the years, and most importantly, the cards.

You'll love it. It's one of those rare books that you loan out, and don't care if you ever get back. Just so it keeps going.

BTW, Any, thanks for your webspertise, helping to establish this site. I enjoy swimming in this cesspool. :)

Even if some (or all) of the players mentioned were before your time, I think any baseball fan will enjoy the passion for the game, as expressed by the authors. Do give us your opinion, when you get a chance.
