setup an account at www.photobucket.com
then upload the picture you want once you sign-in
once you do, your picture will appear on the bottom plus three text boxes below it entitled: Url, tag, then IMG at the very bottom. Click inside the IMG textbox (it will select everything) and press ctrl+c (copy).
then when you make a post here just paste that code into your reply (ctrl+v) and your picture will appear.
