Title: Dudek
Description: all-star goalkeeper?

This guy has been great for us. He consistently plays well for the NT and without him I'd be worried where we may be today. What worries me though is his consistency in big games. In the EPL we've seen him make blunders in big games, not so much on the NT. Do you think this is more to do with the pressure of playing on the EPL? Or perhaps he jus thas more confidence playing under the red and white?

I'm still not sure how I would classify or rank this guy among Europe's best, he certainly is a Polish all-star keeper though.

I've never liked Dudek. He's played well for our NT - against garbage teams. In 2002 qualifying we didn't exactly have stellar competition to face. In the world cup we did - and where was Dudek? There was also the Latvia match in Euro qualifying that cost us. Although he has not had any big mistakes this WCQ, our competition (outside of England) hasn't been plentiful. I wouldn't be surprised if England lights him up in the last game.

I don't trust this guy in big games, until he proves otherwise (that he can handle the pressure of big games) - I don't think anyone (outside of Polish fans and media) will regard him as world class keeper.

This guy seems to have confidence issues. When he gives up a bad goal his play begins to decline. This would explain why he plays so much better on the Polish NT (despite the weaker opposition) because Polish fans and media seem to worship this guy. But in England they don't, and it affects his play.
