Title: Forum Features
Description: How to Use Them

Neo - March 24, 2005 08:35 AM (GMT)
Ticker:
Located above all forums. Sometimes is updated multiple times a day depending on number of matches going on. Latest scores from the EPL, Polish League, and anything else of importance or relevance to the Polish League or National Team. Goals are displayed as well for all matches. Regardless of chronological order, goals are first displayed in order scored by the home side, and then by the away side. The transition between sides is signified by a semicolon. So if Poland plays in England and Zurawski and Frankowski score for Poland while Rooney scores for England the score will look like this: Poland 2:1 England. The goals will look like this: GOALS: Rooney(85); Zurawski(12), Frankowski(78). Despite the fact a goal is scored earlier than another, it may not be shown first. Goals are first grouped according to team and then put in chronoligical order (this is to better serve people who may not be all too familiar with who plays on which team). A goal on a penalty is denoted : (PEN 50) - indicating a penalty scored in the 50', similarly, an own goal would be displayed as: (OG 50).

ShoutBox:
Located below the ticker. Clicking on the "Launch Shoutbox" link will open up a pop-up window. This window operates very much like a chatroom. To enter a message all you need to do is enter in your name and your message.

Fast Reply:
Located below every thread, near the ''add reply'' button. Upon clicking this you can enter your reply in quickly and post it without having to open a new page. You can also make the fast reply always be open by default by going into your control panel and changing the appropriate settings. Once in the control panel, click on a link on the right hand side (near the very bottom) entitled "Board Settings." There you will see numerous yes/no questions, one of them being : Open Fast Reply automatically when available? If you set this to yes then it will always be open when you visit (you must have your cookies enabled or this function does not work)

This thread to be updated upon on any changes or additions to the forum's features
