Just to let you all know, Renaissance in the Pines has been cancelled this year. It was set to be two weekends from now, or the weekend of the 24th. It is due to high risk of fire in the park.

We are still waiting to hear whether or not Highlands War, taking place in July before us, will occur this summer. If it does, we will be there, promoting and having fun. :: crosses fingers ::

Thought you all should know. We will be in Flagstaff in two weeks but not for R. in the Pines; for general promoting in the area.

As far as I know, the only way the War will be cancelled is the Governor declares a State of Emergency.

I would also *highly* recommend contacting the Highland War staff if you plan on coming to the War to promote. I'm not sure if they have a policy about promoting Non-SCA events, but I would suggest talking to them first. I know most of the staff and the people there personally, and I'm willing to be a point of contact if nessecary.

Highlands War is said to be still a go; also, they are aware that we are coming out there to promote our materials. I don't know who spoke to who, but that's the information I have.

WHAT???? Tiffany, you can't possibly mean that some people connected to the convention also have freinds in the SCA??? IMPOSSIBLE!
