I hear the standard assortment of PS2, Xbox, and GameCube will be present. More recently, I also hear dark whisperings that there may even be a 360 present. But my ninja spies told me they couldn't tell me a definite answer, or they'd have to kill me. Then they muttered something about Call of Duty 2 and disappeared behind a smoke grenade. :ph43r:

I just found this event on the internet. Are you kidding? Are you people stuck in the 90's? This event shoud be overflowing with 360 and PS3 gamers. Why would there not be any of these consoles at this event? Is this event even worth going to as a gamer if they don't? I'll just stay at home and play my PS3 if they're not going to have any modern consoles.

From what I understand there will be all the systems we had last year, possibly 360s PS3 and there has been a dirty rumor or two about about at least 1 WII.

A few highlight games are

Stubbs
Halo (2 be on the look out for the late night kill em all)
DDR
Some sort of singing game ( I am afraid very afaid)

And a veritable plethora of classics. If you have a request for a game let us know and we can see what we can do.

This is not just a console event. This gaming convention encompasses all sorts of gaming, from LARPing to card, to board games to consoles.

"Gamer" is a broad term that can cover any number of different type of people. I would say that if you game period that it is more than worthwhile to come. It is one of the funnest events I have ever been too (including the now defunct GenCon SoCal), and one of the best run in the state.

I agree. And some of us gamers like playing the older stuff. Bust out the Atari 2600 with Combat! :D
