Is it possible to get a larger suite for the Staff lounge for the 2008 event? Nearly every time I went in to the lounge last year, there were very few places to sit and eat. A larger room/suite (similar to what we had in 05 and 06) would be VERY helpful.

Mark I would love to have a place like 05, 06, the room used in 07 was this hotels "Standard" suite for entertaining. There is little that can be done about the size of the room as the hotel does not have a presidential suite like was at the old hotel.

I believe that based on the small size of all there suites, the Con is looking to use adjoining rooms vs. there small suite. While it will not be much bigger, it will be on the lower floor closer to the action of the convention so people do not need to take an elevator ride to get to it.

Don't I wish!! This hotel is smart to be attached to the convention center, otherwise it really wouldn't get a lot of business. The rooms are SO small, and the suites are hardly suites.

This year the staff lounge is on the 1st floor, and it is NOT bigger. We got 2 rooms instead of 1, but it ain't gonna be a great improvement. Sorry <_< I did what I could...
