Title: Games You Hope to Play
Description: Electronic games

I know I'd like to see Kingdom Hearts 3 at the convention, I still haven't seen it! The first one was a game I really enjoyed though, it was a bit corny but AWESOME at the same time!

Velkyn Velve - May 20, 2006 01:36 AM (GMT)
I didn't even know there was a 3.

Evil Closet Monkey - May 20, 2006 08:01 AM (GMT)
I don't know what sort of multiplayer setups will be occurring this year, but I'm throwing my vote down for Guitar Hero goodness. Let there be rock!

Thunder - May 24, 2006 09:20 PM (GMT)
I remember playing M.U.L.E. way back when at a con. Going to happen this year? JK

ThePhoenix - May 25, 2006 06:45 PM (GMT)
What was M.U.L.E., it sounds so familure?

Also I think there will be some Guitar Hero, and Druming and DDR type stuff...

Looks like the kinda game I would play :D Second link has the emulator, but where would I find time to play...

Velkyn Velve - May 26, 2006 10:17 PM (GMT)
The Karaoke games!

What could be more fun than a hotel full of gamers sing ing "Like A Virgin"?

ThePhoenix - May 26, 2006 10:56 PM (GMT)
Mule could be turned into a Board Game without to much trouble...

Evil Closet Monkey - May 29, 2006 04:00 PM (GMT)
It could, but it sounds like several other games have already filled a similar niche of explore/colonize/empire build- *coughCatancoughCivilizationcoughcough*

ThePhoenix - May 29, 2006 04:18 PM (GMT)
Sure I guess there have been some good empire building games, anyone do starship catan? Never played it, but it may cross into a mule like version?

Evil Closet Monkey - May 29, 2006 04:29 PM (GMT)
Starfarers of Catan I've heard is pretty decent. After playing Sid Meier's Civilization: the Boardgame, I do wish he'd create the physical version of Alpha Centauri; though it seems after reading another thread that Twilight Imperium is really the ultimate in this genre.

AbonZel - June 11, 2006 05:11 AM (GMT)
Dead or Alive 3 and/or 4, Perfect Dark Zero, Guitar Hero, most probably numerous others that I'll have to check later because they don't come to mind right off hand.

Karaoke would be cool, but I think it would be... awkward. Day time would annoy people who don't want to hear it, night time would annoy people who are trying to sleep. Hmmm...

Maybe that half hour SPORE display could be shown in the Special Events room if it is not entirely full? Kill some time?

Reaper_Man - March 13, 2008 04:34 AM (GMT)
so we just bring in a game/system and donate it for the night/s?

ThePhoenix - April 6, 2008 06:04 AM (GMT)
There will be a lot of Electronic Gaming thanks to the AZHP folks. Multipule tournaments and events, DDR and other stuff. We also have some people that have said they plan on bringing rock band for late night open gaming.

So you do not need to bring your console unless you want to run games in the open gaming area.

:D

All I know is that this year you're going to have to look for me in the Dealer's Room. We've put so many games and demos in there this year it isn't recognizeable.

I'm going to be painting miniatures for 4 days unless someone drags me out......

ThePhoenix - April 28, 2008 07:51 PM (GMT)
Security Sweep will be coming to get you...

romzombie - May 23, 2008 12:48 AM (GMT)
I haven't seen it come up yet, but I was hoping for one of the "sneak peak" Hunter: the Vigil games at the con, especially since the demo will be out the following week for FreeRPG day anyhow.
