Okay here it is.

First, get a render, I will use this one.

Open up your picture and Edit -> Define Pattern. Pick a name, it doesn't matter.

Open up a large document.
Get a bold text, and put whatever you need

(My initials)
Then your going to go to Blending Options.

Check pattern overlay and choose your picture as a pattern.
Scale to your liking.
