The apartment area, houses, it seems not many read the rules so housing will be under more supervision now. There are rules for housing, please follow them. Each village is allowed a limit on how many houses it can hold. You apply for houses and if approved it costs 1000 yen to built, the players pay for the building of homes and it costs 50 yen per month, per player inside the house.

Im giving everyone a 1 week notice before their housing threads are deleted.

neglect Kansou, All houses are payed for by Kansou self (pinned topic's are houses that are legal.)

but if you ask rent, you must give each person a weekly or monthly budget depending on their rank.

You pay out of your own money. Don't do missions then you really cant live in an apartment. and Kansou will keep the houses it has because they were paid for. However the housing limit will stay.

i gave the houses to old sa players for free...since you paid them in SA... So i gave joh and michy their house for free...But if it is all equal...i will pay their house.. :( (kansou is broke )

how will this work for the people who have very little yen? I am still new, but i was told that a house was nessiary in order to regain power and to have a place to live. How would i pay? In four months, if i could even afford to start a house by some freak accident of nature, i would be broke. Do i even need to have a house?

[you're a student you dont need a house. and obviously young genins would get together with other genins. do a couple missions, have your sensei pay for it or part of it.
