Why are smoke and fire being mixed into one?

Maybe becoz Fire makes Smoke? *shrugs* Ow well, doesn't bother me :P

Because smoke is pretty useless on it's own. There aren't that many moves and it's not a real element, just something made by another... there's more to come soon

Smoke is too insignifficant by itself and that really should be addressed in the other thread.

and yes smoke is generally made by fire. I don't see why you're complaining, you're not losing anything.

More importantly this thread is to let people know me if they have these jutsu so i can edit their profiles

umn.. i have sound reflector. so what do i have to do now?

you would get technique points for sound reflector.

and something that aint fair to the rest of the sound users.

they cant have the zaku jutsu's unless they have the devices. so... might as well remove those. cause im the only one with the devices.

It's not personal but they will still be listed, as soon I will be creating a forum for the relic jutsu, but right now there isnt many relics nor jutsus for them i think about 3 relic jutsu, 4 at top.

and if your getting rid of the sound reflector then get a mod to remove it from mine and update the jutsus that have been modified.

I didn't approve those maximum damage, because those break jutsu rule limits. A chuunin jutsu cannot have a max damage limit above 1200. I'll update your profile when I have time, and this is just a friendly warning, but you do not give me orders.
