okay, me and ryoshi discussed it, we are increasing the number of jutsu that can be learned.
Academy: 4, now magicians and ninjas can start out with 1 jutsu and learn the 3 Jutsu from your academy classes.
Genin: 8, you can have a total of 12 jutsu now.
Chuunin: 5, you can have a total of 17 jutsu now
Chuunin-Elite: 5, you can have a total of 22 now
Chuunin-Anbu: 8, you can have a total of 30 Jutsu now.
Jounin: 10, you can have a total of 40 jutsu now.
Yess!! Now I don't havta cut out Jutsu from my line up. ^^

But hmm, now I have to re-evaluate what jutsus to learn. lol. No biggie.
