Instead of removing it why don't you just edit it a bit, make it less stronger or higher cost or something?

no cost is good enough. that is 20% less cost =/ too strong. Think of about a uchiha copying that =/ that's 30% off.

Yeah but If you change the effects. Like::
Effects:: Earth based techniques Taijutsu / ninjutsus damage is 10% stronger. Can be stacked with the senjutsus.
and put the cost like 1200 or 1500 and remove the instant seals... this way you dont need to delet the jutsu. Because i think it a jutsu that was used in naruto movies by the BIG guy in the four sound....(forget his name XD)

i think it should be edited. the 20% should be either 5% or 10% and cost can go up a bit more.
