Announcement on Passports, passports are not for you to use whenever you feel like it. You cannot leave your village without a passport, you cannot enter another country without a passport(witht he exception of entering tsuki.)

those who do not use a passport and are not a missing nin will get penalties. Such penalties may include; loss of yen, loss of stats, loss of rank(meaning a jounin might be bumped down to chuunin or a chuunin down to genin), if a sensei, you will most likely lose your team and your team given to someone who is suited for following the rules, inability to train for a period of time, other penalties will be given as leaders see fit.

Such penalties will also be given to those who PP, and if you do case... well lets just say that is bad juju

Ok seemed fair enougth........ But for example.If your leader give you a passport for Kansou....... You can have that passport foreever....or just for an amount of time....?

missing-nin wouldnt be "missing" for long if they had to use passports.
i think the rules alright, the rank bump i cant agree with, the others are fine ^^

Also, remember to return your passports to your leaders once you return home. --; -still needs passports from a lot of people because they haven't been returned- Makes for a good mission, as Krelian has already sent Delita to retrieve his team's passports. XD

But those who get kidnapped are okay? It wasn't really expected, and i had stayed inside my borders, so people like me are not breaking any rules, right? If i am, i want to know now to avoid doing it later again *kill bad habits fast*

LoL I dont think so..if you were kidnapped you wont be penalised.

I dont think so... but what was your character doing outside of tsuki and inside of no-mans? your character will prolly just get scolded.

I remember when Akina got kidnapped by Zabuza. She didn't get in too mu ch trouble. Just couldnt go watch the chuunin exams.

Announcement. Although Tsuki is an open country, you will not be allowed to enter IF you do not have a passport. Because nins without passports are considered as missing nins. And Tsuki will not in anyway aid missing nins. So yeah.. pretty simple. No passport = No entry. :D

It was an after thought, but still, i worry about the dumb stuff. I hate being yelled at for something i didn't know i was doing wrong, so i was just making sure when i saw the topic.
