Well populations were just updated, I did all countries -grumbles- and jounins are now only available for Tsuki. Kansou and Akari have MORE than enough jounins.

Also about NPCs, I have heard that some NPCs are being abused, this won't be tolerated. NPCs are for plot only, some people had gotten NPCs snuck in, but no more! I won't accept "but so and so has a NPC" that was a mistake in letting non-plotline NPC being made, it wont happen anymore.

You cannot and WILL not use NPCs for personal gain, training your characters(playable characters) you definitely cannot kill people PC with your NPCs. If NPC are seen being abused the player will get a warning and if it continues... DIVINE RETRIBUTION don't ask... it won't be pretty <_<

Two characters, YES all are allowed 2 characters, your characters cannot train with each other and we would like you to be in different villages but if you want 2 characters in the same village that is fine I suppose.

Fighting Arena, some believe you cant die in the fighting arena... WRONG! you can die in the fighting arena, th at is linked to the RPG and part of the RPG, practice arena isn't you cannot die and you only get 1X stars in the practice arena, only exception is having effort senjutsu, otherwise no more boosts!

By training... How exactly do you mean training? My character has an elder brother whom he trains with, not that he's gaining any additional stars or anything. Is that allowed? Or is it only like, randomly making a Samurai NPC and then trying to have your Ninja suddenly know Master Swordsman... Is that the sort of NPC abusing you're talking about?

i believe so. cuz just like. NPC's in your training, that's ok, many people do that uz its so boring training by yourself.

Right... Though, tell me if I'm crossing the line with this one. I make a Jutsu that I want my character to learn, get it approved, then have my character's older brother NPC teach it to him... That's the worst I'm worried about. ^^;;

Im talking about registered NPCs which have items and techniques. I mean you cannot gain ANY benefits from your NPC or use them to gain information or anything of that sort.

he didnt gain anything from the RP, that was fine, you dont get bonuses from your NPCs that is all im saying
