I managed to save the posts of Outerworld from yesterday, all of them. So please continue on. Well, due to certain circumstances Gelfman (Hokage) is gone for a time.

Hokage
Garai looked at Id, slightly out of breath. "Yes, a pleasure to meet you, may I ask who you are?"

"I sir am Id, I have taken the form of another who despises Seashi as mucha s myself, but we can have our introductions back at a place where we might be more comfortable."

20 minutes later

Jesh had arrived to mika's location, he could sense her immense hatred for Seashi and knew she would be an asset. Within the inn of the cat demons everyone had gathered, Jesh ahd awoken mikata from her slumber to speak with everyone about strategy. Id had escorted Garai back to the inn and helped Ana with the tending to of his wounds. "Soon a clash will take place here. It will crush the hope of this nations people. We cannot allow this to happen." Jesh sat at a large table with everyone surrounding it, he was explaining what he thought would be the best course of action. "Miss Yishiro I'd like you to send your stelthiest of men out to meet with Atiaces forces and warn them of the impending slaughter that will no doubt meet them if they are to continue their march. Id, Garai, I'd like you to set up some defenses for this area, whatever shinobi tricks and illusionary techniques you can pull off would e perfect. Ana, Ryah, Mika, I want the three of you to begin on the illusion. Ryoko, Calamus and the rest of you will stay with me and prepare to meet whatever forces cross through the traps in a head on assault with the bandits of the city and also Atiaces advanced forces." Jesh had planned everything perfectly (or so he would have you think. The plan was Ids but he knew Jesh commanded more respect than he and thus made a better leader.) So it was set.


MEANWHILE

Across the great plains of the western area of the youkai kingdom Seashi was in no hurry to enter this battle. He stood by the proferb "haste makes waste" and was always well prepared. He knew this to be a great chance to solidify himself as the sole power in the realm. If he defeated the rebellion within the youkai kingdom he could concentrate on Refermaria alone without fear of being attacked on a second front and losing influence among the major cities of the Youkai kingdom. A young soldier scamperred up alongside Seashi with fear in his eyes, no doubt if he was the bearer of bad news he might lose his head. "What is it boy!?"

"Master Seashi, the outskirts of Shivas have become shrouded in dense fog, our advanced troops have reported seeing ghosts of their past within the mists."

"Is that all?" Seashi rose his arm into the air and pointed straight towards the mist, what had blocked the city moments ago was no dispersing quickly. "Tell them to press on!" With that the boy ran off ahead of teh entire company into the small forces that were now entering the city. These were Seashis bait forces, he now awaited Atiace's forces to rush in and attack.


At the southern end of the city Atiaces forces were moving in to take the royal forces in a battle that Atiace saw as a quick victory, he had no clue how wrong he was yet.

From the center of the city Jesh's small forces rushed out to attack the forces Seashi had sent in. "Don't over exert yourself men, this is only the preliminary battle!" Jesh and the others fought magnificently. The forces met, Id swung wildly with his new weapon and body left and right he saw death and it was all to familiar to him. Jesh had summoned the last epitaph and was now using it to slaughter his brothers forces. as if sick irony the city in the background now exploded in an array of lights, showing the massacre below, indeed these were Seashis least talented troops, it was obvious from the way the volunteer army of the rebels now took them out easily.

suddenly from the south a great cry was heard, Atiaces main units were now advancing into the city to finish off the remains of Seashis first wave. Just as tehy entered teh city limits a great light came roaring across the open plains, it's origin was Seashis own mouth. Each person who was unfortunate enough to get in it's way was suddenly absorbed into the light . Now that he had unveiled himself Seashi had no choice but to order his main units into battle.

From the East The elite guard of Seashis royal army now attacked Atiaces main unit, the rebel army was trapped within it's own ambush, a sick twist of fate.

It seemed no sooner had the battle turned in favour of Seashi then another cry was h eard, this time from the north. It was Commander Alotahr of Refermaria his troops had now boxed in The elite guard. And thus the pentatraptical battle of Shivas had begun.

LittleDagger:
The defenses were set and the grumsome battle had begun. Yoshiro fought along side with her commrads and most importantly with Yokuito. When Yoshrio spotted the man that had awoken the rage within her (Seashi) She fought mercilessly. Yoshiro ran and ran towards Seashi. Yokuito saw her and started to kill without a worry. He ran after her but just as he was about to reach her she got the hang of her flight/jump skill. Yoshiro took flight and Yokuito was worried for her and could see she would stop at nothing. The look in her eye was like nothing he had ever seen before. He noticed wht Yoshiro was after and he ran as fast as he could, sliceing and diceng through whom ever got in his way. Yoshiro reached him and before she could land Seashi looked at her and Slashed Yoshiro across her gut. She let out a deffining scream and started bleeding like mad. "YOSHIRO!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Yokuito sreamed as reached her right before Seashi could hit her with his final strike. He grabbed Yoshiro with one arm and slashed Seahi across the cheeck with his blade. In the fear of losing her his speed increased to triple his regular speed and he took off to reach the city once again. Yokuito lightly put Yoshiro in a little hiding spot that no one knew of but them. He took out herbs and started his curing spell or at least as much as he knew of it. Yokutio covered her and took off with tears streaming down his face to fight in the battle.

Nyan-chan:
Ana sighed softly. "You two, stay here." She told the twins. "Do NOT leave this area." She turned and briskly walked into the mist towards the ruins, she didnot wait for Ryah and Mika. She looked at the ruins,a nd smiled saddly. "Shivas was a great kingdom. It is sad that it had to fall to such ruin." She whispered softly. She turned back to where sounds of a fight was coming from.

She spun around again to face the ruins. Closing her eyes, she blocked off any sounds. In her mind she was rebuilding the city. "Bring back what has fallen to it's greatest glory, for however short it's new life shall be let these ruins sparkle again as it had in it's glory." She said, as in her mind she invisioned the city being rebuilt.

Ana took a deep breath, and open her eyes. She smiled as she walked up to the illusion and put her hand on the wall. The illusion was good-very good. As long as she wasn't killed, the illusion would last until she said the reverse spell.

She called her Sai Gatisho, and stared into the battle. She raised the blade high above her. "I will win back my kingdom!" She said, more to herself then anyone else. Then, with lighting speed, she rushed into the battle as well.

Hokage:
Garai flipped over the head of an un-talented royal solier and snapped in neck in a blur. "Dammit." Garai said, as he realized the prelimanry battle had just ended as the rebel army and back up royal army had flown in. This was not a small clash but now a full scale war.
He decided he would try to fight as long as he could without opening any of his energy gates. One thing he knew that if he lived through the battle, there would be a whole other one with Seashi himself. So in a sense, he had to safe just the slightest amount of energy for what would come.
Two men in dense armor came charging at Garai. "Damn rebel!" One yelled, as a metal covered whip slashed down towards the shinobi. As the whip shot down he bent backwards, he was unable to dodge it. In the second his eyes were shut, he felt a blast of wind and heard the men faintly scream. He opened his eyes to see a woman in front of him, she was dressed in normal clothing, no armor.
"Hello, Garai." She said, still facing backwards towards him.
"Elleth!" Garai yelled, as he watched a man fly over his head drenched in blood.
She turned to him, and said, "I will explain to you why I am here later. Right now we have a war we must win." Garai nodded and smiled.
"Dragon!" He suddenly yelled as he unrolled a large red painted scroll from his pouch. It lit up with a blinding light and suddenly a dragon the size of two trucks appeared in front of him. Smoke poared from it's nostrils, and it's red scales shined in the sun.
Garai jumped on his back, and watched Elleth run off slicing people in pieces as she ran.
"Go!" Garai bellowed, as the dragon lifted into the air and started to breathe fire down upon the royal army.

SailorButtercup (Me, previously.):
::Ryah laughed. The princess had constructed the illusion of Shivas rebuilt on her own. Therefore Ryah was free to dive into the midst of battle and aid her comerades. She took off the vest and then untied her robe and threw it down. Underneath, she was girded for battle. She wore a boiled leather chestplate that ended below her breasts, showing her trim stomach. Wrought iron decorated it and it had sleeves made of mail. around her waist was a short skirt made of chainmail and another leather plate hung over it like a loincloth. It too was decorated with iron bands. Finally soft leather boots went up to her knees. Ryah unsheathed her sword and looked over the blade. A smile flared across her face.. the time had come to show her merit in battle. She lunged forward and cut down many foes in her passing. The attacking forces were weak and unskilled.. she suspected a plot. Seashi probably planned to surround them with a much larger force.. After a few moments her suspicions came true.. Seashi's forces surrounded the rebel army. She growled and kept fighting her way through. All the soldiers from the first wave were done with and now Atiace's forces were cutting down Seashi's main force, but it was proving difficult. The first wave had been a lure. Ryah doubly fought, pulsing power from her left hand to dispell attacks, and slashing with her right using her sword. She combined blows with her hands, feet and sword with her magic, and cut her way through the pack of mixed fighters. Seashi was ahead of them, laughing cruelly. She felt the flames of anger surge up in her. He had robbed her of her mother and now he had taken her sister.. he would die. Even though it looked a hopeless battle they rebels bravely fought on.. soon, from the north another force appeared, that of an outsider army under the command of one called Alotahr. It was the army Ryah had heard the most stories about from the dead.. the cat-woman. She displaced these thoughts.. she did not know whose side that army was on but either way it was going to be a hard fight. She continued to fight her way through, stabbing here, kicking there and blasting others. A trio surrounded her and she spun, dragging her sword across their bellies. Once they fell she leapt over the fallen corpses and gained more ground towards Seashi. Her teeth were bared and her eyes were amber, glowing with determination. As she moved forward she used her powers a little more. She pulled a handful of powder from her bag and blew it into the faces of a dozen men. They fell dead, poisoned. She came upon another line of men. She rammed her sword through the first's stomach and slashed upward, gutting him. He fell backwards and knocked over his comerade. The man fell to his knees and she beheaded him with a swipe from the side. The others fell back as she lurched forward, her chest spattered with blood. He was close.. she could see his eyes flashing with malice.

SEASHIII!! ::She screamed. She gutted another soldier.:: YOU WILL GIVE ME MY SISTER OR YOU SHALL DIE!!!

DarkDestiny:
Dkar's eyes lit up with a zealots flame, as she heard what exactly what she wanted to hear. She turned and ran full speed to the center of her camp. She crossed the distance in less then a second. The thought of battle awoke her blood lust once more and she roared out to her men
"WE ARE TO RIDE TO BATTLE MEN! PACK UP AND MOVE OUT!!" Her voice carried like a bull horn and for once her men were not afraid of her. They knew that once Dkar was sent into battle she would drink no blood but her foe's. For all that she was a threat outside of battle she would never harm her men when they were called to a front. At once the camp began breaking down and packing. The hurried movement sent it into a most organized chaos. Dkar beamed with pleasure. Belatedly she realized she had forgotten Sunset. She called for her mount and a near by page complied. She mounted the large black charger that was presented to her with ease. The horse that she had no bothered to name had been accustomed to her earlier. She summoned another horse and left her own packing to her pages. She then plowed her way through the crowd until she found sunset. She explained the situation to him then offered him the mount. She then moved off trusting him to make his own judgments. She was required to ride with her lord.

*day of the battle how ever many days later*

Dkar had removed her cloak. She had dismounted from her horse and now led her foot soldiers. Her long flowing light ice blue hair moved with the wind and she stood tall both sais out. Her short black fur was pristine for this moment, although soon to be bloodied and muddied. The day light caught her silver armor. It was leg-less and arm-less with shoulder guards outlined in gold From her shoulder guards a cape flowed backward also caught in the wind. The hammered enchanted silver resembled flames flowing upward toward her head. Small blue gems scattered in her armor, glowed with a light that was not purely from the sun. Her feet and hands were bare, her arms protected by armlets that matched her armor. Her shins and knees were also protected by similar armor pieces. The most disturbing of all was her face. Blue flame flowed from her eyes and past upward to her cat ears. When she opened her mouth flame issued forth as well. Her long Cat tail lashed back and forth, the only part of her to betray her impatience. Then a cry rang out. The battle was joined. She raised her clawed hand and issued her men forward, roaring and rushing toward their foe.

Hokage:
Garai held on tightly to the thick scaled skin of the red reptillian beast. "Raaa!!!" It screeched as infernos engulfed the royal soldiers.
Suddenly, thousands of "swish" sounds were heard, and arrows penetrated the dragon's hide easily. Blood started to flow from the lizard as it fell to the ground, weak. Before it landed, Garai detained the Dragon back in the scroll. He softly landed to his feet. He suddenly found himself right in the middle of the royal side! Several soldiers, who seemed to actually have talent and training, swung their many variety of weapons at Garai.
"Agh! Great!" Garai said, sarcastically.

DestinsForce:
"Oh boy...how did it ever come to this" Sunset thought to himself as he began to charge into the large crowd of enemy soldiers. Sunset has commendeer a horse from another soldier (who didn't approve) and began to ride. Sunset removed his own custom made guns from his holster and began shooting at the legs of the enemy. Sunsets guns were about the size of a magnum and packed .7 more power then a magnum ((basically...it can plow through anything)). Round after round Sunset fired trying to get as many men he could get bfore close combat started. "Dkar I don't know if you can hear me but when this is done I'm going to have to beat you senseless"

Missy-and-Mikara:
Mikata awoke from her nightmare, pain still filling her, searing her from the inside out. She was covered in a thin layer of skin and wished that she'd never left and continued her old nightmare with Seashi, secretly wanting to kill him. She walked out of her room, to wander around, to go inside the ruins of city, to find where everyone else had gone. But, she tripped on a rock and fell on her face. (Who didn't see that coming??)

"Ow..." She sat up, rubbing her nose - blood, she found out, was coming from a new cut on the tip. It dripped onto her skirt, leaving a stain, next to the so many other bloodstains.

a strange creature walked up to her, sniffing the air around her, then, seeing her blood on her nose. took a swipe at her face. "Oh, great," she muttered. "Damn rock." She conjured her bow from a strand of her hair, and conjured an arrow from one of the feathers in her pocket. She shot it in the eye and then in the heart. But they did not stop coming, and before long, she was surrounded by a small force of ten of these little lizard-animals. Her blood dripped onto the stones on the ground, and one of them lapped it up hungrily.

"Wondrous!...OWWWWWW!! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!" She cried out, as one of them latched onto her leg and bit her. She was seared with the same pain as her nightmare - venom, she knew. What to do now...?

Seashi watched in great amusement as he was flanked. It was as though he enjoyed watching himself lose. "This is it!" Seashi could see his target, Atiace. On horseback he charged through the battle towards the rebel army's leader. "DIIIIIE!" He drew the long black scimitar from the sheath on his belt and swung it at his own brother. The blade was met with steel, but it wasn't the familiar sword of Atiace, it was a long steel cord, covered in blades.

"Not while I'm here!" Black wings shot up from above the heads of the many soldiers battling and began flapping, suddenly rising into the air was a form Seashi did not recognize. "Death comes to he who makes more foes then he does friends!" The lashing cord cut through the air between Seashi and his sword and snapped hard against his chest, ripping his steel plating in half and scraping against the mail he wore beneath.

"THAT VOICE! IT CAN ONLY BE ONE MAN!" Seashi stared at the stranger with wide eyes. "Bastard, why don't you die!?!" Seashi dragged his scimitar across the long steel cord creating sparks that burned Ids skin to the point that he had to drop his weapon. Still flying forward Id tackled the commander of the royal army right off horse-back and landed in the mud below. Seashis fist came up hard against Id's face knocking him from atop him. Id rolled along for a few feet then forced himself to stand through the pain.

"You killed my wife! YOU BASTARD! SHE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND YOU MURDERED HER OUT OF COLD BLOOD!" Tears were streaming down Ids face as he charged the warlord yet again. He took off into the air and brought his knee to Seashis chin, knocking him to his back yet again. As Seashi landed he threw his arms back and landed on his palms, his legs had barely touched the ground before he was back on his feet. He dove into the air and gripped Id around the waist, bringing the now winged warrior down to the earth with him. Seashi grabbed at his ankle and produced a knife from a small scabbard taht was strapped there. He sunk the blade of the weapon into the skin on the back of Ids neck. Blood spurted wildly but before Seashi could pull the dagger out from within his foe he was again tackled to the ground. The man he fought now was a much more solid warrior, a large man with an austere aura. It was his brother Atiace. Seashi drew his scimitar once again and Atiace drew his own sword. Everyone else faded as the two locked eyes. both knew this would be the end of one of them, each sure it would be the other who fell.

"So brother, you have the chance to end this now. But will you have what it takes to attempt to kill your own flesh and blood?"

"You ceased to be my brother the second you disgraced our family name. Now you're simply another foe!"

"I spit on the family name! Where has it gotten you Atiace? TELL ME!"

"My name has given me the pride that my father bestowed upon us at birth, you've sullied his legacy and will die for it!" The two began to charge one another with their swords ready to take the head of their own brother. Atiace swung upward with his long, slender silver blade. It met the dark, weathered edge of Seashis sword with a clang. Sparks shot off from the clash of steel. Seashi slid his blade down the balde of his opponents sword and was about to catch atiaces hand when Atiace turned his sword and caught his brothers attack with the crossguard of his sword. He thrusted forward towards Seashis heart. As he side stepped with attack the blade of Atiaces weapon bounced off the plating on Seashis chest. This was his chance. Seashi reeled back his weapon and stepped forward with a full force swing, The blade of his weapon caught Atiace clear across the belly. Seashi drove his weapon deeper into the gut of his adversary and tore straight through Atiaces body, severing his spine and ripping him completely in half.

Id watched in horror as the last hope for this nation was literally torn in two.

MEANWHILE

Alotahr had been sighting his way through the main forces of the royal army with ease, he was the commander of a great army for a reason after all. Suddenly he was knocked from his horse as a spear split his armor in half. Had it not been for his foresight he would've been impaled by the attack but thanks to his demonic gifts he was merely wounded. He lay on the ground in agony, searching for where the hurled weapon had struck him when a steel boot caught him across the face. His nose was broken and now he could see in his minds eye a man thrusting a sword down towards his prone body. He rolled avoiding the weapon that now sunk into the soft earth. He rocked back onto his shoulders and kicked upward with both feet, he felt the blow connect even though he was unable to open his eyes thanks to the kick.He stood and stumbled, the spear was still sticking from his armor. Through the pain he removed the long weapon from his side. Now he had to worry ab out his well being. He reached up with an ungloved hand and felt at his face, it was soft. His eyes were indeed open but he could no longer see. Quickly he dropped to the ground to avoid being attacked and waited there for what seemed to be an eternity. He was wondering to himself. "Is this to be my end?"

Garai, as he blocked several men from attacking him, heard the snapping from a mile a way. "Dammit!" He screamed. It was easy to tell Atiace was dead.
"No!" He hollered, punching a royal soldier directly in the face, as his nose bone shattered into his brain killing off the corrupted peon.

::Flashback::

Atiace was staring at Garai, like he was pondering about the existance of Garai in general.
"Why are you staring like that?" Garai said nervously. He had just been let into the rebel army after recently hearing about the war itself. In this world there we only two people he trusted. Elleth, and Atiace. Elleth let him grow to suceed in this world, but Atiace took him in without hesitation. The man had a halo hovering about his head, he truly was a gift to any land he was put on.
"You..are a phenomenon in your own right." Atiace said, with a grin pierced to his face.
"Thank you.." Garai said, befuddled, chuckling nervously.

::Back to reality::

"Aaaahhhhh!" Garai yelled as men flew ontop of him, smothering the shinobi. It would be the end if Garai didn't move, he could hear the swishes of blades nearing him.
"DIE!" He yelled in rage as he put his hands into a seal. "Energy Eruption!"
Blue energy surrounded his body, and every man that was touching him were touched by it. The energy led to the next, in a chain of men. Garai clenched his fist and let the energy go.
In exactly two seconds, Garai's constant flowing energy grasped on and froze the spines of each man smothering him, paralyzing their bodies totally.
He spun and threw the men off, immediatly locking his deadly gaze on Seashi.


Elleth spotted him, and realized what he was about to do. "Garai!" She yelled, admist in the battle that still surrounded her. Garai would die if she didn't help in some way.
She fought off the rest of the soldiers attacking her, as fast as her body could possibly accomplish. Her secret weapon was not one that she wanted to use, but with Seashi, it might not be an option to not use it.

Dkar roared again as she took the head of her opponent in a scissor slash of her sais. She spun to block another blow driving her other sai into the enemies gut. An axe slashed at her gut but her jewels flashed and repelled the blow. The armor was attuned to her it would reflect as long as she had strength. She impaled the axmen then roared again. Her hands were surrounded by blue fire and her Sais as well. She threw a fireball at a charging group then spun to dispatch a foe that had tried to approach her from behind. It was during this spin that her hawk like eyes saw her general fall. She back kicked another foe knocking him into a group of her men before dropping to all fours and as fast as she could leaping through the fray clawing and slicing until she was at his side. With all her haste she was too late to stop more damage to him, but she kicked a foe who was about to slash at his unprotected flank. Her hind claws took his face off. She then spoke.
"My lord I am here to protect you. I shall take you to the healers." She roared again stunning a few foes while some of their troops moved to form a ring around them.
"To guard you I shall take another form. One I have shown you before."
As she spoke the flame in her eyes and hands doubled. She fell once more to all fours. Her spine and bones crunched as they re-arranged. Her face pushed out ward and became that of a great cat. Her hands arms legs and feet bulged with new muscles and also shifted to that of a great cat. Her tail shot out and lengthened, as well as her ears. Her hair disappeared and her fur lengthened slightly. She was pure black with slightly lighter black rings. Her size was double that of a man. Her eyes stilled blazed as well as all four paws.
A voice barely human issued from her mouth.
"Hurry.. My... lord. This... form is hard to control.. Once you are safe.. I will know only to kill the enemy. Get .. On" She crouched down so he could get on her back.

Garai charged foward, barely visible. "With a life or no life, I will suceed in destroying you!" He yelled, approaching Seashi.
Garai knew he would finally release everything he had originally hidden, but this was the best time to do it.
Out of his pouch, held between each finger, were shurikens. Garai flipped into the air and chucked them all at Seashi. Exactly when his feet hit the ground that was splattered with blood and used weapons, he continued charged foward as a distraction.

::Ryah had just witnessed Atiace's death.. She was horrified. Seashi had cut his own brother in half.. Atiace would be dead instantly. Ryah couldn't even describe her horror at the despicable thing Seashi had done.. And now she was upon him, looking down at Atiace's body with despair and anger. She looked up into Seashi's eyes..::

If this is how you treat your kin I'd hate to see how you treat your enemies. Give me back my sister.. ::She glowered at him. She snuck her hand into her pouch and withdrew a handful of her poisonous powder and blew it into his face. A cloud surrounded him, she was able to peer right through it, but the powder was white and it formed something like a mist. The more he breathed in, the worse it would be.. It would go from his lungs directly into his bloodstream and attack his organs and nerves, causing paralysis and permanent damage to his limbs.. too much would go to his brain and kill him, or render him braindead. It also had an effect like arsenic which would give him constant sickness until he withered and died. Ryah feared nothing because she had built an immunity to it.. Something told her not to try to attack any further unless with long-range weapons. She backed away, fearing the worst and suddenly felt her sense kick in.. she was standing a foot from Atiace's body.. A wisp of silver shot up and flowed around her head.. It circled a few times and then touched her forehead.. Ryah's eyes glowed, from gold to grey, in an instant. When she blinked her eyes were normal. But she bent over and removed her robe from her pouch, and wrapped Atiace's body gently in the cloth. She hoisted him up onto her shoulder, and then ran. She ran from Seashi towards Garai and a woman.. in a frenzied, strange voice she whispered::

Don't go near him.. he will try something evil.. Get away, get away! ::Ryah flew, the burden of Atiace's body seeming feather-light. She removed him from Seashi's sight, and when she reached Jesh, she laid him down gently at his feet. She again spoke in a strange voice.::

My lord Jesh.. your honourable brother, Atiace.. is gone.

Garai smashed into Seashi as his attention was somewhat focused on Ryah. In the split second the smash occursed, the shurikens rained down slicing at Seashi.
"Bastard." Garai said, flying back to his feet. The last thing this was, was over.

::Ryah stood rigid as a stone, guarding Atiace's body and looking up at Seashi. She watched Garai disregard her warning and attack Seashi at close range.::

Fool. ::Her voice was hollow and her eyes were blank, flashing between gold and silver as if they couldn't make up their mind. Ryah's eyes closed and a white dome appeared around her. Her arms fell limply at her sides. Power emenated from her until the white dome swallowed her and Atiace's body.::

::Dream, or vision, inside Ryah's mind::

::Ryah stood facing Jesh' good brother, Atiace.::

My lord, you cannot inhabit my body for much longer else I'll become like Illotar, and in truth I would be you, not myself.

Ryah, please you must understand that I must see to Seashi's downfall.

Yes I do understand that, but I cannot let you take over my body... I have someone to save... Please..

Your sister is alive, Ryah.. she is alive, but Seashi tries to bend her mind to his own advantage. If he cannot make her see in his light he will kill her.

That is why I ask you to rest, Lord Atiace.. were it possible for me to restore you to your own body I would.. but you are dead, there is nothing left on this mortal plain for you.

Nothing except revenge on my murderous brother! ::Ryah sighed.::

Seashi will fall. I will not rest until Seashi falls. This war has just begun. My lord you cannot dwell among the living searching for vengeance you cannot give. You must trust us to defeat him, otherwise you will never rest. I shall lay your body to rest as soon as possible but your soul cannot stay within my body.

Let me stay at least until you have put me in my grave.. While my body lies vulnerable and unblessed I cannot pass. ::Ryah sighed but nodded.::

Yes, I'll concede you that, my lord. You may stay within my body until I can give you a proper burial and lay blessings upon your soul. ::He smiled warmly and hugged her.::

ELSEWHERE

::A young girl, clothed in a white dress, ran down a hallway in bare feet. She barely made a sound. She was fighting her tears but thankfully no one was following her.. she came to a passage she had found while exploring the castle. The entrance was hidden behind a large portrait of Seashi.. He had them everywhere. She slid the pianting back and slipped behind it, vanishing into a tunnel. She crawled for several minutes and soon saw light at the end... pushing herself to exhaustion she soon tumbeled out of the end of the tunnel and onto the grassy knoll of the castle. The hole she had just emerged from was enchanted to look and feel like solid stone from the outside. A handy one-way escape route. She ran to the nearest tree and dug her hand under a root that was jutting out and she pulled a black cloak out from it. Hastily she threw it on and ran...::

To Ryah... ::She panted. Her form glowed gold, and she disappeared.::

Seashi breathed the poison in deeply but shut off his lungs from his throat as if yawning. He puckered his lips and blew the poisonous dust straight toward Garai, attempting to cease the Shinobis assault. The two shurikens screamed through the air as theyy came ever closer to their target. Seashi closed his eyes and lifted his left hand. Without looking he caught each shuriken between two fingers. "Child. I AM A GOD IN THIS WORLD!" HIs voice crushed the earth around them and blasted enemy and allied soldiers alike back. He ran the edge of his sword along the lining of the cape attached to his armor. The little blood that remained on the weapon was the then licked of by the sadistic warlord. Seashi looked about and saw his elite guard ravaging the rebel forces and Refermarian army alike. "Nw fool boy you are mine!" Seashi rushed at garai and swung horizantily through the smokescreen of poison dust that guarded him from Garais sight.


MEANWHILE

Alotahr had climbed onto Dkars back and literally ridden her to the small camp that had been set up a day before. The healers had worked their magic on his face, reconstructing his nose and cleaning out the wounds so that they could heal them. But no matter what they did his sight did not return. He was unfit to battle, and thus the Refermarian army now was leaderless. He turned to DKar with his now permenantly shut eyes, "Dkar, there is a message I need you to deliver. This will be your last mission with me as your commander. Bring this message to General Atiace; The refermarian army is now under your command sir. I am unable to fight the good fight any longer. Please defeat Seashi, that fiend." With that Alotahr collapsed of exhaustion.

Dkar listened hard. She was only able to keep this her most feral form in control because she knew that soon she would feed. Yet still another message was passed on to her. She had to give control of their forces to one of their enemies. This only added to the confusion this form gave to her mind, but she fought it. Knowing that her commander could not see her, she turned and sprang back into the battle. All around her, her men were dying. She could hear their screams. She could see their blood spilling. She killed and fed on the blood of those who tried to stand in her way, but she couldn't stay to protect her own. Seashi was taking what was hers. The blood of the enemy was the only thing that staved off the rage and the madness. Through the endless chaos she forged a path, but with every dead foe three sprang up to meet her. As she was at last surrounded by only the enemy's men her strength began to wane.
It was then as she found herself stranded and alone in battle he called for her.
"come back to me my pet. Do as I command." She roared again with rage a terrifying earth moving sound. The hate she felt for her master and Seashi was a blinding white hot light. In her twisted mind her foe Seashi and her master became one. Her rational mind was then overpowered by one thought, the last words of her commander to her
"Please defeat Seashi, that fiend."
Her blood became fire and the weak human foes around her butter. Like an arrow fresh from a bow she sprang towards the readily approaching center of the battle.

The smoke slightly burnt Garai's eyes. He stood still, barely breathing. His heart pounded like the beat of a drum, and he wondered if he would live through this.
He flew foward, in a blur as usual, and found himself finally in the light.
"Seashi." He said plainly, "Do not toy with me. There is no "god" in this world, only chaos and fairytales come alive. I was not born here, like you, I know there is elsewhere."
Garai clenched his fist. "You killed Atiace with no remourse. I won't let you live with that."

Seashi snickered as the young ninja screamed about the death of Atiace, as if it would effect him in any way. "Fool, once I have taken this continent and this realm I shall move to the next! NOTHING CAN STOP ME FROM BECOMING THE ALMIGHTY RULER OF REALITY!" As he said this he launched off one of the shurikens, but it seemed as though that was the second he had thrown. before the thoughts could contimplate in the surrounding minds A blood curdling scream came forth from the woman standing by Garais side. It was Elleth and she had just been struck by a shuriken. She flew forward from the power of the attack and landed at Seashis feet. The despicable Seashi looked down at the woman who now lay at his feet helpless. He could see the anger building in Garai, obviously this woman was important to him. "Emotions make for weak hearts." Seashi opened his mouth, wide as he could and a light emerged from deep within him. It engulfed Elleth and her energy was slowly drained. When the light dimmed she was nowhere to be seen. "I have absorbed your beloved mentor boy. Now all her wisdom is mine and all her energy resides within me!" His eyes flared as he made a vertical swing at Garai with the scimitar and guided the shuriken he had thrown towards Garais back with his telekenisis.

As calamus and jesh wonder where garai has went to.....mist began to form around them.

"calamus....my dear calamus.....your nothing but a weakling now that you have your precious woman." a voice said as a man covered from head to tail in black robes.

"who are you?!" calamus yelled. the mans eyes were now visible. he had two red colored eyes of blood in that robe and it made him feel uneasy.

"you will find out soon enough my dear calamus" he said as he dissapeared. as calamus looked to find hiom, the mysterious figure appeared behind him and elbowed him in the back. as calamus fell forward he grabed the cloak off of the stranged to reveal him as none other than his own brother jack!

"jack! what are you doing!" calamus said weakly.

"I'M GETTING REVENGE! YOU BETRAYED ME AND JOINED WITH JESH INSTEAD OF BRINGING ME BACK!" he said as calamus realized two voices were speaking the same thing at once. he also noticed that jack had two fox ears instead of human ones. "but now.......lord seashi has brought me back in exchange for my services.....and now...to put them to work!" jack yelled as he formed an energy sword. when he formed it he ran towards the downed calamus to quickly end his life.

Garai stood, his body tingling. He wanted to explode with anger, but he didn't. He looked Seashi straight in the eye. "You absorbed nothing."
The second after Garai stated this, several kunais flew down in a circle stuck to the ground, around Seashi. Elleth landed in front of him.
"Funny. You can be "god" but you cannot tell a puppet from a real human. " Elleth said, a smile across her face.
She immediatly had her hands into a seal. "Energy Gate!"
Suddenly, where the kunais surrounded Seashi on the floor, came a blue aura.
"Escape the sheild in some way if you wish, oh powerful lord." She said with a grin.

Her head turned to Garai. "Happy you didn't lose it. Obviously you have grew from when I last trained you."

::Ryah came back to her senses and rubbed at her temples. Now was not a good time to be host to a wayward spirit. Atiace's body would not last for long.. he needed a proper burial. Ryah watched the war commence and knew she should be there.. but what to do with Atiace's body? She couldn't leave it behind to be scavenged or disrespected. But before she could choose, a familiar light appeared before her eyes. Her eyes, which had been flashing between gold and grey, turned bright gold and her eyebrows shot up. The glimmer of light grew brighter and formed a circle on the ground. Ryah stood in front of it, aghast. The number of times she had seen it fade and appear before her eyes.. When Ashia stepped out of it she fell to her knees as the girl ran into her arms. Ryah's eyes filled with tears as she carressed her sister. The girl's long golden hair was tangled and matted, and her face was dirtstained as was her dress. She looked like she hadn't eaten a proper meal in days.::

Ashia, oh Ashia.. ::Ryah stroked her head and rocked her sister. She cupped her hands on Ashia's sunken cheeks and kissed her forehead.:: It's all right now... He'll die sooner than lay his hands on you again.. Please tell me he did not hurt you.. ::Ashia shook her head.::

No.. he did not touch me, but he poured many evil words into my heart.. ::Tears welled up in her eyes.:: He.. he told me what he did to mother.. ::She wept into Ryah's mail-clad arms.:: I was afraid, Ryah.. so afraid he'd so the same to me. ::The little girl shook violently. Seashi had terrified her completely. Ryah's blood boiled.::

I'm afraid, Ashia, that Seashi has worse things in store for you. You are his daughter. ::Ashia softly nodded her head. A tear fell onto Ryah's thigh exposed from her mail. Ashia looked up into her sister's eyes.::

Ryah.. would you love me still if I became what is in my blood..? ::Ryah's mouth dropped open slightly.::

Ashia.. you are my sister. By blood, only half, but by the bond of our souls you are ever my sister. You were my father's daughter no matter what your blood tells you. You cannot become like that vicious, cruel bastard that took you captive. The body behind me was his brother. He murdered him. You will never be like that because there is love in your heart.. Seashi would have been a good man if he had chosen the right path.. the path of peace and love. Atiace, his brother, did. And they were both half-demon. You, by blood, are a fourth demon, Ashia, but that only means your powers are stronger than mine, perhaps. I will always love you. ::She held her sister tight, and then picked her up, taking her from the battle to find Mika and her band of thieves. Ryah would not then leave her sister's side unless in very grave need, and even then she would not leave her with someone who could not protect her. Seashi, she vowed, would never touch her again.::

"AN energy absorbtion shiled. how cute. before I leave I might as well tell you what my thought process was a moment ago. I knew it was a puppet, I was playing off the fact that Garai hadn't a clue. Now as for this shield." Seashi raised his left hand in a vertical form between his eyes which were no closed. "PEGASUS LAND MINE!" The Kanji symbol "shi" for death rose from the earth below him and exploded into a blast of pure black energy, crashing the shield that encased him and knocking all who surrounded the area backward a few feet. "My strength is unrivaled in all of existence!" Seashi hurled his scimitar towards Elleth and rushed straight at Garai. As he was about to reach the young fighter he spun and turned his back to him. Suddenly Garai was surrounded, four seashis now faced him and began throwing a blinding fit of punches and kicks.

MEANWHILE


Jesh had fought his way through the first line of the royal army when he was approached by Ryah, she had told him of his brothers death but jesh was not saddened for he barely knew the man who shared his blood. Jesh had continued fighting and forgotten about the man who's bodyt lay at hist feet. Atiace's spirit was proud of his younger brother, he saw a lot of himself in Jesh. "Brother. Brother listen to me! It is your turn. The responsibility falls on you to reclaim our family's honour. I am passing the torch to you Jesh, you are now the leader of the rebellion." Jesh began to get chills as he listened to his brothers voice and fought at the same time. It was his turn now, he would be the small light of hope in this realm of perpetual darkness. He erupted, partly of fear, partly of anger. The energy he emitted began to crush the ground around him, the soldiers about him flew back and their armor melted to their skin. He was now a new being, completely different from the one he had formerly been.

For Dkar time had no meaning. Around her burning paws men screamed and then died. She moved onward. Then suddenly a burst of energy flared barely within sight. She knew it was death. Her obsession was close at hand she roared in challenge. She hated him. With all her being she hated him. With all her power she moved as fast as she could, knocking men from her path like rag dolls. Then when she was 20 feet away she stopped. She could finally see him. The aura of power around him could belong to no one else. There was just one problem. There was more then one of him. Her hate intensified. She screamed one word, her hatred incarnate
"YOU!" and charged at the nearest of the seashis'.

Garai dodged the punches and kicks as well as he could, but with four of the same man surrounding him, it was literally an impossible thing to accomplish. He tried to keep it up, but he hesitated for a split second, and that split second cost him the kept up dodging. He was punched in the face which threw him into the pummeling kicks. Garai quickley got his act together and jumped out of the circle, landing on his feet with the gracefullness of a swan.

Elleth quickley dodged the schimitar and gazed at Garai who thankfully jumped away from harm.

"damit dammit dammit dammit" Sunset repeated over and over reloading his gun trying not to get slashed or cut, but that's near impossible during a war with you right in the middle. After reloading all the ammo (each gun can hold a max of 12 bullets) he used it all up in about 5 seconds. "This is getting me nowhere" Sunset cussed under his breath avoiding a spear to the face. HE pulled on the spear as hard as he could and killed the person holding it with a really hard pistorl whip. "dammit where is she...how can I protect and get this over with when she ain't even here"

just as jack was about to strike calamus down, his target rolled out of the way and kicked the younger thalsai boy.

"so calamus, you arent as weak as i thought" the dual voiced jack said with an evil smile.

"i dont want to fight you jack...it isnt right." calamus said.

"ah but it is right...well right by me of course" jack said as he formed four throwing stars out of energy as jack threw them his brother dodged them by jumping into the air and forming the halberd. as calamus began to land...he began to move towards jack in the air with the halberd straight towards him. "not this time dear brother....Shyougekizan!" jack yelled as calamus had a blue auora form around him and stopped in mid air at jacks command. "as long as i hold my hand out towards you calamus...you cant move from that location in the air....so when you hit the ground...you'll be free." jack yelled as he pulled calamus towards him. "WELCOME! TO MY NIGHTMARE BROTHER!" jack yelled as he threw calamus into a tree. as calamus hit it the tree broke and landed on calamus. jack let his field go away so calamus was able to move now. "i must be going now jesh....my brother is still alive...so when he awakes i hope you can send him my love" he said mentally as he laughed evily. telepathy was now one of his new powers obviously. as he began to dissapear he sent out another message. "oh...and be sure to tell him that i'll be back...real soon" jack added as he fully dissapeared now. jack had changed a lot...his power was now increased thanks to seashi. calamus was injured as well.....but who knows how long he'll be injured for.

Yokuito went into rage and killed soldier after soldier and had no mercy in him for Yoshiro was dying just a few moments away from here. With out help he didn't know how to help her. Yokuito finally set his sights on Seashi...He didn't worry about weather he should attack in stupidity an most likely get killed or if he should stay back and let the war fight itself out while Yoshiro died. As he decapitated and gutted royal troops he made his way towards Seashi. Yokuito whispered to himself in prayer..."Yoshiro, don't die...I will get that bastard and we won't have to wrry about him any more...if you die I am as good as dead right there beside your body...Don't die...I swear...I will get him I swear it to you Yoshiro." He was so close to either ending his own life or Seashi's.

Meanwhile~.......

Yoshiro sat in a corner frightened for the second time in her life, listening to the screams, perishing voices and the sound of weapons slicing though people. Finally someone came into sight...but it was not something she wished to see...not at all. It was a royal soilder and a man of her own troops...another friend of hers from the cat demons. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"... Yoshiro screamed and the royal troop stopped just as he was about to kill her friend. His attension turned to Yoshiro.
"YOU!! you don't want him to die eh?...well then i'd like to see you try to do something about it!! HAHAHAH" The troop cackled in her face. At that very instant Yoshiro smelled Yokuito's rage and she knew he was in danger so she put up a protective force around him. But there was one side effect to the chant...not only did Yokuito have a glow of blue light around him for a second...so did the whole rebel army!! They were all now protected by the spell. It would last a while but not to long. It could only be pentrated by magic and the ones whom it surrounded would fight feircly and with more strength and agility. The troop dropped the cat demon in astonishment. "KILL HIM NOW!! HURRY!!!!" Yoshiro yelled to her commrade. As an obeying soldier would do so...he took his sword and stabbed the royal troop right through his stomach and as he swiftly pulled it back out along came rushes of blood just spilling on the ground. The troop dropped to the ground dead. "Yokuito don't get hurt..." Yoshiro spoke before she lay unconcious from major blood loss.
"HELP!!...SOMEONE HELP!!!! YOSHIRO IS DIEING!!!!!" the cat demon yelled for aid and soon to hidding cat demons came out of a building and took Yoshiro inside.

Garai looked at the four Seashi's. "I sure hate that move."
He reluctantly put his hands into a seal and said, "Genuine Replication Technique!"
There were suddenly four Garai's, each standing with a disspointed look on their faces.

"A challenge? You amuse me boy." The real Seashi stamped his right foot into the ground and the earth cracked below. Red energy shone out from below the surface, blinding all but Seashi. "DISPEL ALL MAGIC!" As he finished his call the replecations of himself and Garai disappeared. He ran quickly over towards his scimitar and pulled it from the ground. In the same swipe that removed the weapon from the mud below he swung upward toward Elleth. His blade was glowing with the energy he ran through it and as he swiped a trenchant force shot forward, cutting through the air and speeding toward Elleth. At the same moment he charged his fist full of energy and spun into a backfist maneuver towards Garais face.


(((SORRY IT'S SO SHORT, I"m in a hurry))))

Garai quickley leaped backwards, avoiding the first plunging towards his face.
Elleth went upward, getting away from the weapon. "Garai. Now." She said as she landed.
He really did not have intentions of using the gates until things got worse, but they weren't getting anywhere with their normal strength.

Elleth was the first to open her gate, and she charged foward. Out of her hands were 10 shruiken, quickley thrown foward. She, in a split second, had her hands in a seal and yelled, "Shuriken Rainstorm!" Suddenly, the ten shurikens curved upward into the air and as they flew cloned themselves over and over. Thousands of shurikens raised down upon Seashi, all concentrated with her energy to follow him like heat-seeking missles.

"YOU ARE FOOLISH WOMAN! SHADOW VEIL!" His left hand went through several motions, eventually held in a strange position. The shurikens fell towards him at incredible speed but as tehy neared him it seemed as though they were crashing against an invisible wall. They fell to the ground and littered the ground. Seashi backflipped behind the two and two warriors and thrust his scimitar through the right shoulder of Elleth. He pulled the sword from her and turned to Garai. Licking the blood from his blade he stared at the now enraged Shinobi. "Your turn!" Seashi dove forward and swung horizantly at Garais belly, attemmpting to do him in the same we he had killed Atiace.

Garai was frozen with anger. Nobody, can EVER touch Elleth in such a way. Not while my heart is beating.
As Seashi grew to the point where it was life or death for Garai, he in a step slid foward and let Seashi fly by him.
"I won't loose my mind to such a fool like you." Garai said, an evil grin covering his face.


::M E A N W H I L E::

Elleth dwelled silently in her mind, she was so far from death she did not have to worry. Seashi has a good amount of nerve to stab a lady. She thought, as a grin similar to Garai's spread across her presumed unconsious self.

Here's garai.

Ana moved with the agility of a cat, her feet barely touching the ground before she lept into a new attack. It was hard for those fighting against her even see her, for she moved at a speened incomperable[a/n:I hope that's the right word and right spelling] of a normal human mind.

She swung the glaive sideways cutting the soldier in half, without a second thought she turned to the next opponent. She leapt away from him as he cut the air with two blade. She spun the galive around once and the knocked one of the soldier's blade out of his hand. Still he continued to fight her, and with a quick sweep of her blade she beheaded him.

She ran away from one soldier, who for a second was left standing confused at the spont a moment ago a blonde haired girl had stood.
Amazaki stood up and stared out the window of the hideout they were in. "I dunno bout you brother, but I'm going and fighting." Amazaki called her curved gladed glaive, and silently left the hideout. Tomizaki soon followed.

Dkar went throughout the seashi clone then spun around. Her anger burned at him But he was gone. He hadn't even noticed her. This only furthered her anger and her power. Her power was anger and it did more then just increase it literally could burn through her. It was a two edged sword.
"FIGHT ME COWARD!" She screamed and charged at him while he was distracted with another warrior. As a Large Panther the size of two men and the width of one that was partially on fire, she found it hard to believe she would be ignored again.

"I know what to do...hoped I would save it for something better" Sunset with a busted arm and a scarred knee was loading his gun with a specail type of bullet. He opened the chamber and then pulled out a red bullet from his pocket. HE kissed it once for good luck and loaded it in. Everything was clear, no one was charging at him "come one baby make my day...eat this suckers". He aimed his gun with a wobbly hand and aimed it into the enemey crowd of soldiers. He fired and the bullet in a huge erution shot out of the barrel like a comet. The reciled blew Sunset clear off his feet and a few other soldiers too. The bullet matched the brightness of the sun and plowed right through the enemy lines and kept going. It was called Firebrand shot, a shot that can equal the heeat of half the suns heat and can go a distance of 1/4 of a mile. The soldiers caught in the way were burned to a crisp and fell down as zombies with the armor melting.

Yokuito reached Seashi and didn't seem to mind that Seashi already had enemies at his throat for he screamed in rage..."BRING IT ON YOU BASTARD!!" Yokuito cut everyone else off and ran towards Seashi ; useing yoshiro's dagger to slash through the air and his razor sharp claws out and ready to cut or decapitate Seashi. Which ever was a possiblity to kill Seashi would work for him. He swung at Seahi over and over again.

Meanwhile~...

Yoshiro was in need of serious medical attension but unfortunatly they did not have that. All she had by her side were two young cat demons that were not very educated in medicine...but every little bit helped. She regained conciousness and saw Yokuito's bow. Yoshiro wasn't very able to do anything but she pushed herself until she could get up and walk. "Thank you for your help but I must be off...Thank you again" Yoshiro thanked her caretaker's and she walked until she could run and jump...finally she took off to find Yokuito for she felt he was in danger. Not any danger but it was as if she could read his mind and he were fighting Seashie right this moment...

Seashi was surrounded, but that wouldn't effect him. HIs scimitar caught Garai across the chest in a horizontal motion. Bounding off his left foot he slammed his elbow into the face of Yokuito. The cat demon fell backward onto the ground. "Foolish mortals! YOU HAVEN'T A CLUE WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH! I bid you adiue for this day." With that his body began to glow a red color and ceased to exist in that area. His soldiers also merely vanished. He would claim this to be a retreat out of the idea that he would allow his enemies to grow stronger before he defeated them and thusly increase his own enjoyment, but in reality he seemed to be genuinly frightened by the sheer numbers of his opponents.

TWO DAYS LATER

The two forces now surrounded the city and awaited another strike from the royal guard. Within the great illusion stood an immense palace and now in it's strategy room the important players of this battle had gathered for a meeting. All the dead had been layed to rest in unmarked graves surrounding the city. Except Atiace his grave lay at the center of the city, marked with an epitaph befitting of this hero.

((((GUYS I WANNA HAVE EVERYONE SITTING IN THE MEETING ROOM, I MEAN EVERYONE! We're going to discuss what is to become of these two forces and who will lead them since Atiace is now dead and Alotahr is blind.Once everyone states that they enter, I'm going to start the meeting.))))

Jesh sat between Id and Ana at the immesnse, round, meeting table. Across from his was Alotahr, his eyes were bandaged and he sat silently awaiting the meetings begining.

Garai sat, leaning on the last to feet of his chair, balancing in a child like manner. He wasn't doing it to have fun though, he was deep in thought.

Elleth sat next to him. She glanced at Garai for a moment, and looked down at the floor. It was good that Seashi had left when he did, or Garai might have unleashed the power he keeps locked up. It might have been too much for him to control. "It's alright." She said, patting him on the shoulder. "He'll be back." A smile swept across her face.

Garai looked at her and said nothing. He didn't want to admit that just hearing her voice warmed his heart. He turned his head back, trying to force himself against replying. He was angry, he couldn't sleep the last two days, Atiace was dead, and Seashi was not. Garai was aware his chance to keep his promise was not over, but he wanted it to be. He wanted Seashi dead, rotting in Outerworld's soil.

I looked around. "Where is everyone?" I said, only spotting some people.
Suddenly, a flash of Atiace blew through my mind. "He was like a father." I said, a tear about to fall down my cheek. I layed my head back, "Dammit Atiace, you'll be avenged."

Ana folded her hands on the meeting table. "I'm sorry that Ataice had to die." She closed her eyes. "I would have revived him...but, I cannot. After the illusion I have not enough to revive him, it'd drain me." She looked away from a second.

Dkar stood in a corner. After seashi left she had burned herself out on the only thing close enough to be him, his men. Once she had recovered a more humanish form she had found Atiace's body and his followers. Now she was here to support her commander. Still she made sure that no part of her body showed. She disliked the naked gaze of strangers on her. She didn't like any of this really. War should be far simpler. Fight and win or lose and die. The only ally one could truly trust on was one's self.

Crystal walked into the meeting room.

"jesh....i want to fight....i know this is what calamus would have wanted." she said. calamus lay in the infermary...in a coma. jack had rendered him totally useless from that day forward. only time may tell how calamus recovers.

"how is he?" jesh asked her.

"fine...for the time being.....the doctor says he may be in that coma for days...maybe even weeks." she said as she looked doubtful of her loves recovery. but thats not all thats bothering her.....she worries about what might happen if she really was pregnant. she would worry about the unborn child. she wondered if this would hinder how she owuld fight. "so...whats this meeting about?" she asked.

"Hello Crystal." Garai said, as he stood up.
"Jesh." He said quietly. "I think we should get this meeting underway?"

Jesh turned towards Garai and surveyed the surrounding attendees. "That might be best." He cleared his throat and prepared himself for his speech. "Thank you all for coming. Unfortunately the news I have to deliver is not good. We've suffered heavy loses as you all knoww but none are heavier then the lose of the two hopes this country had of ridding themselves of Seashi. My brother Atiace is dead, and commander Alohtahr of the refermarian army has been blinded. That leaces us with two armies and no leaders. I've called this meeting of the highest ranked officials in both forces so that we may choose who is to lead us into battle."

"Jesh." Id spoke up "I cast my vote for Jesh. i've seen him fight and I've seen him love, he's a warrior with the heart of a poet."

"Id, I am no leader."

Alotahr spoke up as well."With Atiace gone you are the closest thing to that incredible warrior. I will give my vote to Jesh as well, I want him to lead the troops that were formerly mine to victory over Seashi."
