Title: attack of the fan characters

Shade had not been given an easy life. Not that any fan character had it any easier. Yet she was not merely a figment of some human's imagination. No she was not created purely from a stable creative mind.. She was a figment of a Figment. Shadow, who she was largely based on, with some of rogue’s aspects, was a figment of a creator's mind. Her life was based in his mind. She was part of the time when his memories clicked into place. A figment of an imaginary creature’s imagination. And when he had awoken and retained all his memories she had died. And reawakened in this place.
She was reborn into this accursed fake world, only to find out that she was merely one of thousands. Thousands of fakes, mere imprints, some to linger mere days before fading out of existence forgotten forever. She was cursed with the good luck of being created by a human with a very intelligent and artistic way of thinking. She could even now see into her creators mind as she doodled a new fake into being. An Irken no less. The Irkens form committed to paper in color. Just like she had been committed to paper. In such a form she would always exist until the solid evidence was destroyed. With the uploading of said picture to the internet that day might never come. For a long time she had been powerless. She could not end her existence, or gain power. For although she was viewed by many thought of by many, they were not nearly enough. Every day of her existence was tormented by figment more childish and idiotic then herself. If it was not the prodigy of some hideous coupling between sonic and every other member of the cast, then it was a clone. All of them idiots reflecting their simple creators childish minds. She supposed she could thank her creator for the fact that she had been better thought out then them. She could also thank her creator for one more thing. Her prized Ruby. Similar to an emerald it gave her Order control. A power far greater then chaos control. It could bridge the worlds. She could finally rid herself of the shadow... of Shadow. Yet she could not do it alone. Finally she thought up a plan. A plan to gather others. Others who could combine their power to her righteous cause. Others who wanted to destroy the ones that made their existence a mockery. Others who wanted power for themselves.

She had sent out tendrils across the fake world net. She had stayed low searching out those with reputations for the hatred of the real world. From her position in the meeting room of an abandoned space station she watched as they slowly began to arrive. Soon they would help her take what was hers. She focused on her creator's minds watching the human at work. Soon not even her creator could stop her.
Not that her creator even knew that she was alive.

Juzo took a nervous step foward.

Yes, he was a "fan" character. Of course, the fact he was one is not what "bugged" him. It was the fact that Juzo was a boy who only strived for greatness. He wanted to be able to defeat anybody. Anybody. So, he decided to work his way up. From his fellow fan characters, to the real ones, who he thought so often about.

"You suck Juzo." One kid snarled, laughing.

"I'm gonna win, and I will graduate." He said, in monotone.

"Yeah, we'll see pal." The boy said, getting into a fighting position.

"Start." A slightly chubby kid said, munching on a bag of potato chips.

The boy ran foward, taking two shuriken and throwing them straight at Juzo.

I better get this over with quickley. Juzo thought, as the sharp-edged stars spun towards his torso.

Juzo let the stars hit him, both digging into his upper arms. Blood dripped down from beneath them. He narrowed his eyes as his opponent laughed. Juzo simply responded by laughing back, like a lunatic.

"Shuriken Hailstorm Combo!" He yelled, as both of the stars floated out from his arms. Then he threw about ten more, along with the two. "Kage Shuriken no Jutsu!!" He yelled as they spun through the air. As he said this, the twelve multiplied into forty, and then again into almost one hundred.
A storm of stars jabbed into the oppnent, throwing him in pain off the arena.

Juzo smiled slightly and mumbled, "Yep, this is getting boring. Time for the major leagues."

Kamu, this was the name of a creationo thought of by one Sean McCormack. Kamu was a "fan character" as some would say. He existed in the universe of thousands of other fan characters from the dragonball Z series. but Kamu held one thing above the others, he was not a bastardized result of a coupling, nor did he hold any blood relation to any established character. He was not "another" surviving saiyan, nor was he a "lost" android of Gero's. he was no forgotten kai, and he was in no way a piece of another character with a life of it's own. No Kamu simply existed in his own lineage. He sprouted from one of Akira Toriyama's few mistakes, the lack of explanation as to what had happened to the "narcosian" race. The narcosians had been a shadowey people to begin with, but with the complete ignoration of their origin and fate, Toriyama had left a world of REAL possibilities open to whatever intelligent dragonball Z fan decided had happened. Sean's idea like that of many others was that when Frieza employed the Saiyans the narcosians were simply obliterated, but as any fan of DBZ fanfiction knows, just because a race is obliterated doesn't mean that you can't say there were survivors. And so a small planet outside the milky way became the new home for teh narcosians in Sean's mind. Among these people Kamu lived, until he had his own adventure written for him by Sean. But soon after the last exploit had been recorded in a notebook and left in it's creators closet Kamu ceased to exist as he had. Now he had become embittered with the passage of time in the "fan world", he sought to destroy the characters upon which he was compared, namely the one Sean reffered to as Kakkorat. Further than that ambition another resided within his mind, he wished to come face to face with his creator, and ask why it was he was so easily cast aside like so much rubbish.
