Armor Description:
Essentially a miniature version of the Iron Kong, the Hammerrock was built several years before the Iron Kong. However, it quickly became obselete and fell out of use due to lack of supportable mods. Recently, it was re-inroduced when it became obvious it was capable of supporting a variety of modern day customized parts. Relatively small, it has awesome armor for it's size covering it's entire body from head to toe, only a shade under the armor on the Molga.
Mobility and Power Source:
The Hammerrock is rather unique in that being modeled after a gorilla, it can pull off moves that no other Zoid (save the Iron Kong) can. It's one of the most maneuverable Zoids in its weight class, and can dash around quite effectively. Quick punches, slaps, backhands, and slams are no stranger to the Hammerrock. It can lift, carry around, and even throw at least its own weight, as long as its arms aren't too damaged. It's also got surprisingly good endurance, and can handle all sorts of energy-draining maneuvers without tiring.
Double-barreled AZ50mm Beam Gun
Mounted on the right shoulder of the Hammerrock and locked in a forward facing position. These medium-caliber beam guns fire at four shots per second each and, being beam weaponry, are a bit more powerful than comparable-caliber shell, bullet or laser weapons. Given they are Anti-Zoid, these make quite effective weapons all up.
Dual 108mm Short-Range Balkan Gun Pack
This small unit is mounted on the left shoulder of the Hammerrock, able to pivot 30 degrees to the right and 180 degrees back around to its left. It holds two standard 108mm Balkan Beam guns with a firing rate of about 1 blast per second each. It's mostly used for close-range fire duty, as the unit itself is rather compact and doesn't feature a long barrel to help accuracy. Thus, the vulcans' accuracy is extremely poor.
Hammer Knuckle x2
The Hammerrock's arms are so large and so essential to the Hammerrock that they deserve their own description. Very powerful and well-armored the Hammerrock's arms can lift many an object and chuck it long distances. The Hammerrock's arms are smaller than those of the Iron Kong and it stands to reason they can't lift as much. The Hammerrock hasn't been as widely used as the Iron Kong so it is unknown how much weight it can actually handle. While the arms of the Hammerrock are it's greatest asset they are also it's greatest weakness. The Hammerrock relies on both arms to run and even walk. Losing one could be very crippling to the Hammerrock and losing both is a guaranteed CSF for it.
Guided Anti-Aircraft Missile x4
These four missiles are mounted on the Hammerrock's back and point behind it and slightly upward. They lock via visual sighting and target via heat signature like all other missiles except once fired they are a lot more difficult than standard missiles to avoid and move at speeds around Mach 3. They can either lock on to the target, or the pilot can choose to guide them, in which case they decelerate and can be used against ground targets. The downside? While you're piloting the missiles, your Zoid must be stationary, wasting valuable seconds.
