This is just a small update concerning the bios of the Blade Liger and Konig Wolf. The Completion Refrigerators for the Blade Liger and the Cooling Fan for the Konig Wolf have had a statement added to them to clarify that you DO need to activate them for them to have an effect. Otherwise you're Blade Liger or Konig Wolf will CSF during the 3rd round from overheating and in the Liger's case, it won't be running as fast as it can.

Just a small update realy. By the way, all judgements prior to this clarification are given pardon from the rule. But from now on this is the way the Blade Liger and Konig Wolf and their cooling systems shall be used and judged.
