Traditionally the FAST Pack system was merely rocket boosters for older Aireal Zoid to break the gravity of a planet. However that was during peace time. As war broke out military leaders ordered the FAST Pack units to be developed for warfare. Several models came out some with support equipment, some sensory, some weaponry, some ammunition, some supply carriers. No matter what model had designed however one thing was remained the same extra boosters were added to improve speed and agility for an Aerial Zoid. Modifying one such unit Republican Designers have designed the Pegasus FAST Pack Unit for extra power and speed. The mounts are for the back and are locked in a forward facing position. The laser cannons fire at a rate of 2 shots per second and the missiles are effective against ground or air targets.

The Sparrow Micro Missile Pods are wire-guided funnels that have a limited range of about 50 meters of wiring range with their own propulsion systems. Their movement vectors are largely controlled by their targeting systems as they move to try and get the best shot for what they're are locking onto. Unlike most missile delivery systems these can aim for specific regions of a zoid. However just because they can move doesn't mean they are superb at evasion relying mostly on their small size to avoid the doom of guns.
