Another simple, effective design from diVossi Industries (design on loan from "B. Ivesdon"). It's a powerful, short-range beam welding torch that can be used to repair an ally in the thick of battle or as a melee weapon. Its maximum range is three meters, after which it is effectively useless.

The Maccurtis mounts this one atop the gripper (smaller) claw, and it features small servomotor units allowing the device to rotate enough to spot-weld a chunk of armor while the claw holds said chunk in place. The Zabat can purchase two, and each can equip as additional worker arms in the CP-19 Bind Container. They greatly improve the ability of the CP-19 to repair an ally, or can be used towards more creative ends.

The beam is hot enough to quickly liquefy zoid-quality materials, the temperature needed to make hasty repairs in the field. That said, with a little patience, it can serve as a backup melee weapon. Overall, it's more than worth a purchase, especially considering its cheap price.
