A simple modification to the Wild Weasel Unit was in order when John realized the auxiliary generators in his Heavy Armour Gunsniper left him with lots of juice. With Matthew’s Beam Gatling Units soon to be phased out in exchange for a Long Tom and Supercannons, John was inspired by old film footage of one Leena Tauros. She had modified her Gunsniper to accept two CP-03 units on top of her Wild Weasel Unit. John decided to emulate this, creating two points at opposite ends of the Wild Weasel Unit he possessed, to fit the CP-03 Beam Gatling Units into. From these ports he ran power conduits that passed through the Wild Weasel Unit and into the Gunsniper, allowing power to be drawn from the core and the auxiliary generators.
The ports cause the CP-03 Units to face forwards, but each port provides its own CP-03 Beam Gatling Unit with 180 degrees of outward movement, allowing a full circle to be covered.
